Recently, I reached out on the website to schedule a detail, and Birds did not have the decency to respond, confirm, or even acknowledge my booking request! I am definitely in their system, as I do use multiple email addresses, which is not uncommon for folks these days. Duh! It all started when I initially reached out to them asking for a quote. My situation is a little bit different because I have a 32-year-old car that has essentially sat for 20+ years. So, both on the inside and the outside, it needed that extra bit of "love". When Marvin received my request, he immediately reached out and asked for some pictures so he could have an idea what they were up against. He called me, and asked me a lot of detailed questions about the condition of the car. I then proceeded to send him several pictures by text and he immediately replied with his suggestion of how to proceed. A few days later, Tyler arrived at my office. Not only did he arrive on time, but he texted me about 15 minutes prior to arrival to let me know that he was on his way. It's the little things that matter. Efficient, constant communication is key and makes all the difference. Tyler was excellent. He spent time reviewing the car to get an idea where he really needed to focus more than others. One thing I really liked is that he did the job until it was done and didn't focus on just getting it done in a certain amount of time. The interior was much improved, but the exterior still needed a lot of work even after he was finished. After all, the car had sat untouched for a long time so the first pass through the exterior was a starting point. I had him back a second time just to work on the exterior and again, he was running a bit late and texted me to let me know which I really appreciated. He spent a long time on the exterior and he was right. Coming back again and focusing on it was the right move and it looks fantastic. I can't say enough about the communication, the service, the fair pricing, and the entire experience. A lot of people in the car detailing business are sketchy and unprofessional, and Birds really takes it to a whole different level. I give them the strongest recommendation. read more

Car was detailed by Mason who showed up on time, walked me through the work he was going to do, and managed my expectations as I had some pretty deep carpet stains that needed attention. Good service + convenient. Mason did a great job on my premium package. He got a rusted spot off my car (possibly leaked from a rusty pipe above my car), bumper scratches, and cleaned the interior well. The leather conditioning makes a big difference in the feel of the car. It took around four hours. Side note, my car battery was drained due to the doors being open but Mason jumped my car so I could at least drive it back to my garage. The next day, the mechanic told me to drive around for 30 min to recharge my battery and it worked! So heads up to anyone who gets a detail that takes a long duration. I got charged extra for wax and a protective coat.. so total from $215 was $405 which was a lot more than I thought I would pay. It was tough to say no when the wax and protective coat sounded like it would protect my car and I know I wouldn't do it myself. Despite the extra charges, I would use again for the convenience and quality. read more

I tried them out initially on just basic wash, and just so I could inquire further about "titanium" level ( +10 yrs) ceramic coating.
