Allure Auto Detail is really the Gold Standard in mobile auto detailing. I have nothing but great marks for this duo, Joshua and Andrew. They were very punctual when they arrived at the agreed on time. Their setup was impressive. They had two easy-up canopies that they propped up over my car. I chose the 'sparkle detail' because I have never given my relatively new car the treatment it deserved. Everything that the 'sparkle' package entailed was done to a tee, above and beyond. They vacuumed and shampooed the mats AND the WeatherTech covers I have on top as well which I did not really expect to be cleaned.. but WOW. I was, honestly, not being a model customer because I didn't put away my personal effects I had in my compartments but they went ahead and put those in sealed Ziploc bags without complaint. After it was all done, my car looked newer than it did when it rolled out of the lot. Impressive! Price and specific services were negotiable and went without restraint. EXCELLENT!!! I mean what can I say.... he got out my scratches & made my car look like it was brand new, even though its not. My Mercedez Benz looks as though its brand new. Yeah I don't take too much care of my car -- the type that doesn't really wash my car often. Its more like once a year ritual. So all the car wash places I've been to --- never got my water spots out!!! So mad! I got the special wax & stuff & my car looked dirty within a week. But yeah he got it all out -- everything! Simply put, these guys are amazing. I did a very stupid thing and washed my 1-year old car with a sponge that left micro-scratches all over it. (I'm stupid). When I first saw it, I thought it was either going to be thousands and thousands of dollars of body replacement work or I'd just have to live with it forever. Wow, sorry to read about the customer service challenges that Allure experienced recently. I'd be curious to know about the age and condition of this truck. The damaged paint hints that maybe it wasn't perfect to begin with. With rubber floors, I don't know why any detailer would need to use any water inside, so I wouldn't be at all surprised if rain got in when the window was open. No matter what business we're in, most of us focus on our key products or services, the things that we do best. Customer service is a separate skill. Sometimes people just need someone else to blame. Mastering the bumps in the road gets your business to the next level. I had Allure do a "Sparkle" package on my '96 911 Porsche around 2009. I believe that Eric did the work. He showed up in one of their completely self-contained vans. They bring their own water. I made things harder by asking him to do it all in the garage, which turned out to be fine, as they use use very little water. While there may have been a spot or two that was overlooked, I was very pleased with the results, especially since he couldn't work in direct light. Prices have gone up, but I still feel that they are a good value and would recommend them to others. read more

They got to work on my truck and because I have a ceramic coat , I needed the ceramic wash which was perfect. They are very fast and pay attention to detail. Thank you Allure! My car looks like a new car again, and the guys that worked on it are very professional. I took my Sister's 2002 Solara to Aullure to get the Signature Full Detail Package. The car is 9 years old and the paint was heavily oxidized. They had two guys working on the car from 10 AM - 3:30 PM. I haven't seen the metallic on my paint in over 5 years. They did an excellent job polishing the car and removing the scratches. The interior was also in rough shape, I have a black dog with a tan interior (bad combo). The dog practically lives in the car.
