This shopping mall will not be a success nor make a substantial profit for the shop renters. Too same similar shops, I mean Boutiques. or Spas. really Not much to see plus you gotta walk and walk finding that out. After three years still many large spaces empty. Rents must be astronomical .....Bad city investment. Galleria and Fountains, it is a real shopping destination.The only attraction would be Whole Foods and the Cinema. Has all the trapping of being upscale but the merchandise is shiny colorful eye popping dazzling made in China "stuff" of every color and flimsy material. can i give 3.5 or 3.75 stars? i have mixed feelings about this place. ya OK its nice looking and there are some nice little shops here. but the majority of the place and actual retail space is empty. i am tired of hearing or talking about the economy but this place feels it. at one point this was supposed to be the next walnut creek or quasi rodeo drive? now we have johnny rockets, sports authority and victoria secret. i really feel for the people who are trying so hard with their small businesses because the rent and structure must be outrageously expensive. now i do like the $5 tuesdays at the movies i live in sacramento close to arden but come here because i don't want to get shanked. read more

I am a vendor for one of the businesses here and my review is based solely as a customer. I typically am only here for an hour but sometimes maybe 3 hours. I in no way work for the Palladio nor have I signed any form of agreement with the Palladio. I have now received 3 parking tickets simply because I'm a vendor. The parking they have given to me as an option is very very far from where I need to go. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE PARKING LOTS COMPLETELY FULL, EVER! If I did see them full, or even close to being full I would understand. A $25 fee is way too harsh! Where is this money going? Even sketchier, they only take cash or check? This just isn't right and needs to be fixed. I thought I was over the issue until I went to have coffee at Starbucks with my grandmother (who is disabled) and less than 30 minutes later I was given a ticket. Why? I'm not working! I was a customer like anyone else!!! I cover MANY MANY stores and shopping plazas and this shopping center is the only one who has ever treated me this way. After speaking with businesses in the area it sounds like they disagree with this policy as well. I think airing our frustrations over yelp my help our battle. If something isn't changed soon maybe this is the way the employees should address their frustration? Speaking with the security and Managment has done NOTHING! Bad business practice! This center is really up and coming. There are a lot of great stores to shop at and there are some great places to eat as well. The layout is great; lots of areas to sit and people watch and i love the weird horse statues that are placed throughout the complex. I love new shopping centers because- well they're new. During the summer i believe there is a mini summer concert series that goes on and during the holidays there are fun activities for kids. read more

Not a lot of stores and variety to shop at but it's a really nice outlet. It was a beautiful & perfect day to stroll around w/ the bf. Charming charlie was the cutest jewelry store ever.. Everything was color coordinated and the prices were great. Didn't buy anything cause i just spent 50 bucks over at h&m lol but ill definitely be back. Love this outlet & the area it's in. If they add like a Forever 21 or more of a variety I'd give it a 5! read more

I came here for the first time last weekend and in terms of the landscaping, I think it's really beautiful. This is much bigger than the Fountains at Roseville (which I happen to love as well). Right now they don't have too many stores and restaurants but I know that in time, this will continue to grow. I remember when the Fountains first opened, I didn't think it would flourish but if you look at it now, it gets pretty packed on certain days. I can see the same thing happening with the Palladio. I like that they have covered parking and that they have a theater in it. It has easy access to the freeway which is a major plus. If I'm in Folsom again, I'll definitely check this out. read more

This is a nice, beautiful, and clean shopping mall. It has great restaurants and nice shops. I love it that they have Barnes and Noble Bookstore. The collection of shops and stores is varied enough for everyone's taste. The open courtyard with summer concerts is a great addition and it brings people together to listen to music and have fun. read more

To whom it ma concern. I am writing you this letter for maybe something would be done about the atrocious parking condition that is plaguing the Palladio Shopping Mall. I have done my own little survey about the parking condition , and have talked to several people around town , and at the Palladio Mall. I have shopped there several times my wife is a paraplegic and that every time we go there I have to drop her off in front of the store that she is going to shop at and go park our car ( I will call it the south 40) walk all the way back to do shopping with my wife, When she is done shopping I have to go get the car come back to pick her up.Rain or shine. there has got to be a better way to design the parking lot for those of us who are unable to walk for a great distance. This has restricted us from going there more often. read more

This shopping center tries to be an upscale version of a shopping center, but it doesn't quite cut it. I like it because its close to me and clean, but it doesn't have high end stores and in nothing like the Galleria Roseville. Its more upscale not luxury. We also live out in the middle of nowhere so its going to draw from all over the place like the bigger population area of Roseville. Think it could improve but they need better stores. read more

I love the Palladio! It's a great atmosphere and works well for all ages. It's absolutely adorable to see all the families either go out to dinner or go to the movies. & I really enjoy the shopping center. Everything looks so beautiful and new, the colors are vibrant and the area is spacious. All the restaurants are really great for the most part and the crowd who come shop or just hang out are classy. We'll dressed, well mannered. If I forgot to lock my car I won't be so worried. Good people from a first glance perspective. read more

Security guards stand around and let people steal all the time. There's even a cop car in the back on the management office with no one inside. Management will keep your license plate on file and give you a ticket if you are parked there for long periods of time. And not to mention half of the Palladio isn't being used by vendors or stores so you have to walk a far distance to even get to a store you like. read more

We love Palladio Shopping Center! We watched it being built and wondered whether it would be a big draw for the area or something that would be hard to fill and have rotating vacancies. It has exceeded our expectations! The independently owned movie theater is our hands down favorite place to see movies. Reservable DBOX seating is cool for birthday parties and the "pick your own" popcorn flavoring bar is really fun. We also love the new Quirky store. A total hit when trying to find a fun gift for hard to buy for adults or teens. Pinkberry, Whole Foods, Freebird Burritos, Color Me Mine, all regular hot shopping spots. What we also love with a deep love is the way Palladio has become a community hub. The concert series is a fabulous git to the community, the sleigh rides were great fun over Christmas. The grounds are immaculate, parking is plentiful (and free!) and it is a wonderful, safe family fun spot. Thank you Palladio! read more

I feel this place is total lost..nothing attractive and horrible pathways. All stores with small signs and hard to locate/differentiate most of them. Never saw shopping center this badly designed. Folsom outlets are much better. Won't recommend this place. read more

I actually really love Palladio shopping center. But only if you can make it in the sunny hours. I notice a lot of people go during the evening, because its magical and dazzling. I just hate that it closes at 9pm. I mean I have brought people there and were all part of a younger crowd, it sucks when they come from L.A. and It's weird for them that everything closes so early. I hope in the future a night club could open up? Also that stores stay open later, I do understand that it's expensive keeping shops open. But if you have concerts and clubbing people will stay late into the night. Seriously, c'mon edh town center has a club for aged people. We need one for young people, teenagers don't have jobs, parents drive them around they hit 2 stores 3 at max. Young adults have jobs and don't live with mom and pops. Need a place to have fun, without having to drive to sac for a fun crazy night. I swear if something cool like that came here, where kids aren't allowed it would pull a lot of attention. read more

I came here today to go to the movie with my family and was waiting outside the movie area when a wonderful young lady came up to us and presented to us a $50 gift card to shop at Gymboree children store. What a wonderful blessing! I was able to go shopping for some wonderful items for my grand kids. This mall is absolutely beautiful and this time of year is a wonderful time to find some great bargains especially at Gymboree and Kirkland! If you have not visited this mall you're missing out on some great shopping atmosphere and terrific store owners. read more

This is meant to be a 0 star rating but 1 is the lowest that's allowed. My family and I were enjoying a night at Palladio with dinner and a movie. On our walk through the Palladio center my daughter stopped to look at the fountain which is recently empty of water. As she was walking near it, a woman from across the street began yelling at the top of her lungs towards our direction. My family and I were startled at first but had no idea what she was yelling about. As the woman approached, it became clear she was campus security, and was yelling at the two young men who were sitting on the fountain ledge. My daughter ran to me, crying, as she terrified at this "security" woman's behavior. It was entirely irrational, erratic, and hardly believable as an authority figure. She proceeded to continue yelling at these two gentlemen telling them to leave and that playing on the fountain is unacceptable. Granted, it can be understood where she is coming from, the fountain shouldn't be played on. These two were merely sitting on the ledge enjoying their coffee beverages, not doing anything harmful nor destructive. The security lady even jumped up on the ledge and was walking along it as she shouted at them to get off the ledge! The two men appeared very cooperative and proceeded to leave the area right away. There were no markings at all on the fountain indicating to stay away, and my daughter was very frightened after seeing what happened. The told me she doesn't want to come back here again. Needless to say, as long as your center has people who are unable to conduct themselves professionally employed as "security," my family and I will not be returning. I am not saying the two men on the fountain should not have been asked to leave, but there was no reason for this woman to approach them this way and to be yelling the entire time, making a huge scene. There are families around, please tell your employees to think before they act. This was just ridiculous to witness and the fact it upset my daughter is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. read more
