I tried to freeze my account because I was traveling and was assured that I was all set, yet within a week I was being charged for a full membership. When I complained to the manager, she didn't even help nor offered a refund, rather gave me "tan bucks" that wasn't even equivalent to what I was wrongfully charged. When I tried to cancel my account, I called to complain about being wrongfully charged (in another instance) and to state that I wanted to cancel my account, I was told that I had to come into the place in person to cancel my membership which was extremely inconvenient since I was traveling for the holidays. When I went in person to cancel my account I was told I had to give a 30 days notice, which I did, yet exactly 30 days after doing so I was still being charged!! Needless to say, the costumer service here sucks. As far as the tanning goes, the mystic spray often leaves you orange and gets blotchy within a few days. It also stains your clothes and hands.

However, she was not very experienced and through conversation she also told me that she was not licensed. The salon also was not adequately supplied with makeup, they carried a few drugstore products and a few very very very low end products. I am unsure about the other services offered here, but they are not makeup artists. I would not recommend going here.
