The lies that she as the business owner fabricates when it's convenient for her are disgusting in my opinion. She is an extremely dishonest person from my experience. She lied to me and my credit card company repeatedly, and thankfully she didn't get the money she tried to illegally charge me. Claiming I cancelled an appointment 40 minutes in? People don't show up to an appointment and cancel 40 minutes into it. The last fabricated statement she wrote to my credit card company when justifying her fraudulent charge said I called the day before to cancel, which contradicts the statement below and the previous false statement she wrote to my credit card company. Her claim that I was 25 minutes late when I have time-stamped locations from my phone to prove I was on time is entirely false and libel in a court of law. "Respecting artists time" to Chelsea means lining her personal pockets with any lies necessary, in my experience. And defamation only applies when the information is false, which it is not.

Very inviting and open communication is something I appreciate and I get that here. Usually I'm a Room #13 person. Today I used #2 for the first time and again as always, I LOVED it! Beds are always clean here and rooms are always clean. Spray is in every room along with paper towels. The products they sell are top tier and they have many options. I am a heavily tattooed person and they even have a protective stick for your tattoos you can purchase as well as face tanner that keeps you from burning and the obvious tanning lotions which are all wonderful. They also sell small towels, eye protection, foot sanitary pads, cute tan decals and more. Music is great here as well! There are not many options for locations anymore for tanning and the one near me, I'm just not particularly interested in so I wait till I can make the travel in town to specifically come to this one. I've never had a negative experience here! All positive! Thanks Tanning Hut and staff for giving me many years of positive experiences. I hope you stay open for a long time!

The tanning products are very reasonable with their prices. So if you ever in the Goshen area definitely check them out. I'm excited to see my results as I'm someone who don't get much outside time to go to a pool or beach do to work so this will definitely help. They are closed on Sundays but they are open Mon-Sat and their hours are pretty good. They have the stand up tanning ( which I don't like) but they also have the bed you can lay down in and just relax lol. So check them out if you in the area

I tried to freeze my account because I was traveling and was assured that I was all set, yet within a week I was being charged for a full membership. When I complained to the manager, she didn't even help nor offered a refund, rather gave me "tan bucks" that wasn't even equivalent to what I was wrongfully charged. When I tried to cancel my account, I called to complain about being wrongfully charged (in another instance) and to state that I wanted to cancel my account, I was told that I had to come into the place in person to cancel my membership which was extremely inconvenient since I was traveling for the holidays. When I went in person to cancel my account I was told I had to give a 30 days notice, which I did, yet exactly 30 days after doing so I was still being charged!! Needless to say, the costumer service here sucks. As far as the tanning goes, the mystic spray often leaves you orange and gets blotchy within a few days. It also stains your clothes and hands.
