The 2nd replied so quick (was actually the 1st to reply but was the 2nd I communicated with, I told him I was concerned it might be tough to reach/repair, he didn't flinch. Scheduled an appt for the next morning. Mark showed up, banged it out in about 15 min - it looks new (Porsche 911, ding was about 5" in on the rear quarter-panel, just behind the driver's door).
