I brought my car in to be painted. The people were very nice and professional. I was told it would take 5 business days for the work to be done and I dropped my car off on a Monday morning. I called on Thursday and asked when I could pick up the car. They said Friday afternoon and when I checked in on Friday afternoon the car was still not painted. They knew there was going to be a problem and they should have called me and told me that it was going to be late but that they would do something for me to make up for not painting it while it sat in their lot for a week. I asked them to pay for a rental car for a few days and they refused. I finally picked it up on Tuesday morning, but have to bring it back on Wednesday because a part they ordered never came in. When I was paying for it they advised me that they would add 3.5 percent to the tab because that is what the credit card company charged them. That came to an additional $87 on my bill. To me that is part of the cost of doing business. They disagreed. They did a nice job of painting, although they did not fix a loose piece of weatherstripping. Good quality work. This has to be by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only were we advised that the car was ready on two occasions (and made a 30 min trip down to the shop for each one) only to find that it was NOT ready, but when we came to pick it up, the work was terrible. The car's surface had the texture of an orange peel. When we stated that it didn't really look the same as before the damage was done, we were met with attitude. Two days (and an extra $70 on rental expenses) later, we come to ACTUALLY pick the car up. The manager ASKS US how our experience was. We stated that an entire lunch break was lost in trying to pick the car up when it wasn't ready, and another morning was spent the same way. We said that the car looked great now that it had been buffed out again, but the customer service had not been excellent. She then said under her breath, "what do you want me to do, buy you lunch?" Taken aback, I responded, "Well, that was rude." This is when the owner emerged to tell me I was wrong-- that she "was not rude." He then lectured us for being annoyed about the false alarms concerning the car's readiness. We left feeling defeated. When we got out to the vehicle, we noticed all of the aftermatket track lighting had been ripped from the car's interior... with wires all over the floor. And there was NO GAS. I went back inside and explained calmly the condition of the vehicle. The owner then followed us out to the car and threw a twenty dollar bill out of his wallet at my mother for gas. When she looked back with her jaw dropped, he yelled "What?? Do you want more??" Keep in mind that the auto work needed was due to an auto accident. Everything was covered by insurance. We were not looking to save a buck... just to be treated like humans. And this shop couldn't even manage that. read more

They replaced my bumper and back light after someone hit my car. The repair was very fast and done well. The light bulb went out a couple of months later and they replaced it for free and helped me with some other issues with my car. Stopped in because it was the only body shop open before I had to go into work. Needed to replace my front bumper. Very friendly people, seemed family owned and operated. The repair was $1000 which isn't horrible but not good. On a positive it was nice to get the parts ordered and repairs completed within a very timely manner. This was a brand new C7 Corvette they couldn't even prep a bumper properly to hold paint UNBELIEVABLE anything & everything was not there fault chips bubbles even the rubber seals & adjustments were not right. Great service and price. I needed 4 belt moldings (the weather strip at the bottom of the window) replaced as mine had dry rotted on my 2013 Civic (never had this problem with my previous Hondas). I called up and was told that estimate would be about $140-150. I was very happy with this quote because I had just come from DELRAY HONDA where they told me that it would cost about $700, yes that is correct. About $70 for the molding for each window and 1 hour labor for each window at $130 per hour. This is because they told me they would need to remove the door panels and the Internet showed me that they did not. I left in shock. I arrived at BRP&B around 9:10 two days later and was driving away at 9:30 with 4 nice new, belt moldings that were original Honda parts. The mechanic literally removed them with his hands, no tools, and popped in the new ones. I assume Delray Honda would have as well. Not sure if I will ever return to Delray Honda again. read more

I was in my very first auto accident a few months ago that was not my fault and I am glad that my insurance and the other persons insurance recommended to go to Boca Paint and Body. Their customer service level is through the roof! I had to send my car back twice to get a few minor fixes but they took care of it with no hesitation and even put me in a rental car under their own expense knowing that opening the claim back up with the insurance would just be a headache. I did also notice with other people not going through insurance they did not over charge at all. So they are very reasonable. I usually don't get around to writing reviews, but this one I had to do... Great job !! Cant say enough, I stopped in and spoke to Tom about my 2015 Volkswagon Passat which had minor bumper damage. He gave me a price and stuck too it. no changing the price and no stories... Very Professional, very friendly and honest.. The car came out better than new. Timing was great.. The other employees there were very nice too. There was also a girl in the office (sorry forgot her name) but she was very professional, helpful and nice as well.
