I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! Not sure if this guy was the Owner but his resolution was to just take his equipment back off the car and leave me with the original issue again and the new one he just cause. I have sent them a lot of business and the past and can't believe this is how they handle the business. The car is not sitting in my garage . He pointed out a few possible issues and worked to correct them. He was thorough and accurate in his service delivery.
