I arrived and unloaded the bumper and was greeted by Joyce who informed me that the price had changed to 675.00 due to size of bumper. I tried to put the bumper back on the truck but they said they would honor the price. BIG MISTAKE! Dropped bumper off on 02/13/2023. I picked the bumper up on March 10 2023. it was not even sandblasted. They had no intentions of doing the bumper for that price. oh..and the excuse towards the end was that their oven broke down...Really?? Bait and Switch.

Let me give you a couple of reasons why 1) they are very and I mean very professional in what they do if there is something that isn't to your likening they make you happy 2) the customer services and the personality of the entire staff just makes you want to go back and recommend them to others , and we do not usually recommend people . My husband and I have been in the construction business for most of our lives and have had to hire people to do work for us since my husband is disabled well it has all turned out bad and not one has cared about the work they have done we struggled to redo everything that we have paid to have others do, to me this is a shame how the world has turned out not one has a concern about there customers , so when you find a business like Prime Tech Coatings you just what to get the word out there that they are professionals caring people and customer service is there number one concern, you will not be disappointed when using prime Tech Coatings and we are very hard people to please all I can say is you wont be disappointed in their work or their professionalism. Since they were very heavy he took them out of my car for me. Unfortunately for us, I did not know the metal they were made from. In our post-Covid world Murphy's is subject to slow delivery of after market items and automotive parts, insurance companies that don't sign off on work, and a multitude of other things that take time...and Murphy's Paint & Body handled EVERY DETAIL with extreme PROFESSIONALISM!!! When there was a hiccup, I was notified. My claim was handled by GEICO Instant Claim Service (which was also very streamlined and wasy) however, it took 18-days longer than what was estimated due to industry slow downs...GEICO covered every penny, including a rental car for the month. ZERO COST to me!!! Murphy's checked in with me with regular updates and fielded all of my calls with quick action and attention. The visits to the office always resulted in great conversation and coffee, smiles and pleasant exchange.
