The three stars are for the assistance received when checking my daughter in for her very first spray tan on Saturday. We did not get a membership because we did not know if we were going to like the result. We purchased a lotion that helps extending the tan to up to 2 weeks. Unfortunately we paid a lot ($70) and the tan really lasted until the first shower. She spray tanned around 10am and showered at 6pm. On the legs the color was uneven also. Too bad we really were looking forward to a beautiful color. Sent an e-mail to Customer Service and still waiting for a resolution. read more

I had a terrible experience At a palm beach location in alpharetta Georgia.I went in a week ago Monday to join and while they are entering my information in the computer they did something wrong and they lost the information. In the meantime all they did was make excuses and say they give me a couple of free tans and I need to check my bank to see if their money went through.1st of all it went through not once but twice Which really made me angry also They talked to me like it was my fault that I wasn't in the system And absolutely had the absolute audacity to tell me to call corporate to get it straightened out.I want these women to be trained so they know what the hell they're doing because I want my money back I wanna cancel and I'll find another tiny bed and I will never recommend this place ever read more

She found me the best price for what I needed. I do not frequent tanning beds - this is only the 2nd big chain I've been to and I must say it was a much better experience than the other... I laid in the second level bed called a GOLD bed and it was the nicest tanning bed I've ever used. I purchased one month of unlimited tanning at a special rate of 14.99. That's incredible pricing! I have been going to this location for over a year now and there are so many times I run into an issue. I have experienced dirty booth, rude staff (although that only happened once), Versa doesn't work on so many occasions, I get skipped in the line (waiting for over 20 minutes once)... just on and on and on... I am typically pretty patient person but I get to that point when enough is enough. I also go to Buckhead location and the service is much better, place is cleaner, and staff is a lot more professional. They should really focus on customer service at this location. read more

This location needs to invest in their mystic and versa machines desperately. I've been to this location and multiple times their mystic and versa spas have had issues. Either they don't run properly, needed to be reset constantly or are just broken - and out of use. It's incredibly frustrating and the staff - although sweet - doesn't seem to be able to fix these issues. I'm normally not someone that writes negative reviews, but the issues with this store have been chronic and don't seem to be addressed. read more

Biggest waste of money. Felt pretty scammed paying almost 60 bucks for 5 minutes in there stand up tanning bed. Expensive and not clean. I was given dirty eye goggles and told they were sanitized. read more

The reasons I am using this place is sheer convenience (location), it's clean/well-maintained and the beds gets the job done (great spray tans too). Nevertheless, I am kind of tired of having to literally defend myself as to why I don't want to purchase tanning lotion EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in to tan. I don't need to spend $75+ dollars three times a week on lotion. I get the sales people are commissioned on their lotion sales, but to be asked every single time I walk in the door and then PROBED even after I say, "I have plenty of lotion, thanks!" Is just annoying. Like, I dread waking in the door because of it. This place should keep track of how long/how many tans it's been since the last time lotion was purchased. read more

When I walked up, one of the employees was smoking a cigarette outside of the store on the phone and rudely told the person she was on the phone with something like "just my luck" as I walked up.. Very rude just saying! Other than that, nice place, great beds- prices are extremely high!! read more

Their District Manager called me after my negative post and gave me half refund / half store credit, which I accepted. They were very apologetic and quickly resolved my issue, which I appreciated. I'm still disappointed that it took a negative Yelp review to get their attention, as our numerous phone calls and emails went unanswered over a couple months (except for one). But, I'm now satisfied that they made it right. I still can't give them a rating above two stars because of what occurred previously, but I give them credit for their follow up and resolution of my issue. read more

This is a poorly managed establishment. You would expect a little more for the monthly membership fee of $100 plus. There "BEST" bed is frequently not in working condition . Then you are forced to use the next level and multiple bulbs are out in the bed. Management is NEVER in building to address concerns and when you try to reach out you can never get a hold of her and she never bothers to call back. It would be helpful also if you could update your hours of operation on your website . It states you open at 8 , big surprise another customer service issue when arriving and not only do they open at 9 but the associate opening that morning was 10 min late to open doors. I have been a member for too many years now and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
