I loved the Alton Il location and the all the employees are very nice. However I verbally told them that I wanted to cancel. The girl did something on the computer and was told it was taken care of. Because of a family situation I did not micromanage my credit card, so several months later I discovered I was still being charged. I called the store and explained the girl on the phone again said taken care of. But she couldn't give me my money back that I needed to contact manager. I emailed customer service and was emailed back that I didn't cancel until last week when I signed the cancellation form that stated I had 90 days to request a refund. First I wasn't given a cancellation form 4 months again when I cancelled and I didn't sign anything last week because I called. I haven't stepped foot in the location in 4 months. I had heard about the shady billing but have definitely learned a hard lesson. I would take my business elsewhere as they (corporate) will screw you over in the billing. I went in to get my first ever spray tan and I had no idea what to expect. The girl that works up front was very helpful and kind. She answered all my questions with a great attitude. I will definitely come back because, one, my tan looks phenomenal and two, because she was super nice and helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a good tan! read more

This company can Email advertisements.. but they can't Email a reminder regarding the auto pay. My debit card expired just before the COVID19 freeze. (which they Emailed about). So.. I'm under they impression I haven't been charged due to COVID19.. so instead of a courtesy call or courtesy Email. They charged me $24.75 for the card expiring. AND they canceled my membership. Had I not stopped in to ask about the charges due to COVID19.. they would have kept charging me fees. I get it.. my card expired.. but I've been a member here for a few years.. you'd think they would have better customer service than this.. OH BUT.. I can keep my tan dollars. read more

Much more professional staff than at Hollywood tan, more friendly atmosphere, cleaner, better beds, more informative and just overall an amazing experience. I was getting no results at Hollywood tan, my skin didn't even feel warm. After one time here I see a difference and could tell I was in a tanning bed. I even felt more safe because not one of palm beach tans beds appeared old or cracked unlike Hollywood tans beds. Was supposed to get 30 free tans in level 1 bed because my friend bought the diamond pass. This was told to me by the worker who set up an account and pin for me. Came in the next time and the manager told me this wasn't a deal and denied me the 30 tans and Gave me no solution. Also this place is way over priced read more
