With all the shampoos and conditioners that they had, they did not have the one I use. Well a lot of things have changed and they now carry the hair products I need and use. My hair stylist who I got the original shampoo from moved out of STL and I moved to IL. I found a new stylist and she got me hooked up with a new product. I bought it from her and now she has made a career change and no longer is doing hair. I too old for all these changes. However, the bright side is that the shampoo my last stylist recommended was Pureology and Ulta carries that product. It's a little more expensive in the store than what I paid my stylist, but I'm happy to have the product I truly want. The staff was helpful on the sales floor and the cashier got me signed up for their rewards program. So I'll say they've got good customer service.

Most salons are actually busy & have to check there schedules to get you in.The girl that was doing my hair(Kristen) was rude and unfriendly. The whole time she was doing my hair she didn't engage in any conversation with me what so ever. I brought in a picture of what I wanted & when she was finished my hair looked like the roots were touched up but that was it. Keep in mind that I asked for THICK blond highlights. Instead I got thin strands of blonde which didn't make my hair look bad but I didn't see much of a difference. She kept saying that's what I asked for, excuse me, I'm telling you that's not what I wanted at least have enough decency to fix your mistake.Then, I came home & my family didn't even notice that I got my hair done. If that's the reaction that I wanted then I would have dyed my hair from a box. I then came back to dispute the price b/c I was displeased & she said the only way she would fix my hair is if I paid double the price. & the reason my hair didn't look like the one in the picture was b/c my roots were grown out.. That's information she should have told me ahead of time. She should have said: hey, your roots are dark so it won't look like the picture & if you want the thick highlights it will cost more money. NOPE, instead she was extremely rude & then refused to fix my hair b/c I came back later that night b/c I was dissatisfied & didn't tell her immediately. Last time I checked I'm the customer & she should have ATLEAST been friendly & offered to re-do my hair. Unfortunately, I had to pay her the full price & I now have to go to a different salon & pay even more money because she couldn't do her job. I highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this place for ANYTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was seated right away for my pedicure and had the most wonderful technician. She was kind and very friendly. I think her name was Lena. She did an amazing job! My nails have never looked better! The location was very busy, but it still had people moving in and out of it quickly. It was clean and relaxing, and the massage chairs were incredible. As part of my package I was offered a drink, and they did upsell me to gel polish for my toes. I'm not mad about it because it makes sense being as I go barefoot a lot.  Next time I save up enough for another mani-pedi I will be back.
