This place was so clean, and the staff is pleasant. The owner helped me through signing up for my monthly membership, also showed me around the place and explained the difference between the beds! Star is easy and efficient to communicate with, her home based studio/salon is a pleasant environment, and most importantly, she is technically accurate when it comes to the spray tan. On one occasion I wanted a little bit of a darker color, and on the other occasion I just wanted a light application of color and a few specific areas. She did a great job on both applications. Her prices are reasonable and her services are great. Unfortunately, that's not an easy combination to find sometimes. The bonus is that I SWEAR I look thinner when I'm a little bit tan, even though I haven't lost a pound!

The service is always horrible, especially at night, so I decided to switch it up and come during the day--but it was just as bad. Most recently, I sat waiting for 30 minutes after paying because I was told someone was in the machine. Turns out it was open the whole time--they completely forgot about me. Another time, I came in at 8:50 pm (they close at 9), and I was rudely told I couldn't spray tan. I understand having a cutoff, but the attitude was uncalled for. On top of that, I noticed a Geek Bar vape sitting right at the front register, which is super unprofessional for a business environment. While the manager has been kind and has listened to my concerns, it doesn't change the fact that I almost never have a good experience here. Two of my friends won't even come here anymore because of how badly they were treated. The worst part is that the tans themselves are actually great--but the service is so bad, it makes the whole experience frustrating every time.

Tanya was able to see the new growth and help plan a cut to help hide and assist those baby hairs to blend in. She has an awesome ability to know what cuts look good based on your face shape. She asked so many questions about what I wanted and we looked at pictures online together to make sure she had a clear understanding of my expectations.
