The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful and fit us in together the same day despite it being a tight squeeze. I liked the half spa type thing they have going on, change your top but keep your pants on. The facial I received, the signature, wasn't as lux as other facials I've had but for the price I thought it was great. My only real issue was the lighting, when you're laying there trying to relax having a bright light overhead for the entire experience makes it difficult; at one point I had this lovely heavy mask on which finally darkened my eyes and was very literally in pain when it was removed due to the brightness of the lights on my eyes which had adjusted to darkness and my eyes started tearing due to the pain. Please, DIM THE LIGHTS! More spa like music would be nice too but I didn't really mind the Hozieresque music they had on. My daughter has dry, sensitive, acne prone skin and we went with the clear skin facial which is only 45 minutes but she didn't have much to say about it after other than "it was nice" so I'm not sure we got the impression and relaxation I was hoping for, she did also mention the pain of the bright lights in her face while laying on the table. Over all I really enjoyed my experience, it's a great option when you don't want to dedicate half your day to the spa, my tech Mo was very kind and skilled and I really enjoyed the time she spent working on my tight jaw muscles. Overall I would recommend this place and I would return myself. I do genuinely hope they figure out how to dim the lights because searing eye pain isn't very relaxing.

The overall vibe had a very "mean girl" energy, which immediately made her uncomfortable. Instead of being welcoming or professional, the worker talked down to her about what she wanted and made her feel dismissed rather than supported. During the appointment, it became clear she wasn't being listened to. Rather than working with her or explaining options, the worker seemed to ignore her preferences and just did whatever she wanted when placing the Botox. To make matters worse, my wife wasn't given any post-op instructions. She's experienced with Botox, so she knows what to do--but that's honestly concerning for anyone who might be new and relying on guidance. She also was never provided an itemized receipt, which feels unprofessional and questionable. On top of all that, this place was significantly more expensive than what she's used to paying elsewhere, and the results were incredibly disappointing. She has been getting Botox for years and has never felt this let down by both the service and the outcome. Overall, unprofessional, overpriced, and uncomfortable experience. The lady at the front desk seemed to be better than everyone, no nice greeting or smile, just "yes?" So we pick out our colors & then we are escorted to where our mani's are going to happen... the lady at the front desk, says your deck will be with you in a moment, to me. My daughter is already getting started.. there are 3 tables in a row & maybe 10 rows. We were put on the very first row right next to the front desk, then another client comes in & all 3 of us are crammed into this space that was not easy to get in or out of without knocking each other! And the chairs are huge, don't go in very far or move back any... there are 2 empty rows in between us & the other texh with A client in the 4th row.. we were all soooo close, almost touching elbows! My tech arrives & gets started, then all of a sudden, she says something, I can't understand or hear, except for $60 for a new set..?! She then starts taking off my tips & trimming my nails way down too close to my nail beds, kinda hurt! My daughter looks at me & I'm like, I don't know! She takes a nail tip & is removing my tips, all the while I'm thinking & feeling like she's gonna take the entire nail off! The front lady is doing the 3rd lady's nails next to her, and then shows her how to cut my nail so she can get under the tip to remove better. (My other hand has already been Pulled off!) so I have no idea why she had to put on new tips.? My nails had grown under so she could have just applied the acrylic over, but instead chopped down every one of them, except my pinky which had no nail, and added tips! (Sometimes I wonder if they know that the more they charge me for my service, means that the tip isn't going to be as good! I go to the salon with a set amount in mind & so with a budget, it's either service or tip! And I know that sounds horrible, but these days! Come on now! Everyone that works there has a Lexus!!
