The employees are horrible and make you feel like your inconveniencing them by visiting. It's been an issue for awhile but has only gotten worse. Their comments and tone are not only unwelcoming but they are offensive. Going to tan or spray tan should not be a stressful event but due to the lack of professionalism and customer service, it certainly is. Asking a question or wanting to make a change or maybe even showing up is met with attitude and rudeness. Peyton is the worst but there are several rude employees. This situation got so bad that I cancelled and changed to a salon that farther from my home, has inferior equipment and isn't as clean. That's how uncomfortable the staff made me feel.
