The waiting area is very clean, warm and welcoming. Loreleyne went over the questions/ answers that I completed online (e.g., areas of concern, current skin care routine, etc.). She took her time to explain every step as she worked her magic on my face. The room was so relaxing. I know I dozed off several times. To my surprise, my skin was not as bad as I thought. Nevertheless, the facial I received was phenomenal. My face is radiantly glowing. At the conclusion, Loreleyne went over post skin care routines, provided some skin care routines and recommendations. I highly recommend Loreleyne. She is delightful, knowledgeable, and passionate about providing exceptional service and an overall experience. (first review Immediately upon meeting Robyn almost three years ago I knew my almost ten year battle with adult acne was over. After coming off of the birth control pills nine years ago I began to experience the typical hormonal acne on my cheeks and chin. I saw esthetician after esthetician and spend hundreds of dollars on treatments and products hoping to clear up my skin. I even went so far as to get a prescription for medication because I was at my wits end. No matter how diligently I followed protocols for products or medicine nothing worked consistently until I met Robyn. Her customization of treatment instead of the "standard" microdermabrasion or acne facial with extractions won me over immediately. We went through ingredient lists on my makeup and other products only to find that many of the products I routinely used contained acne causing ingredients!! I followed her recommendations on correct cleansing procedures and saw immediate results. I found that my investment into bi-weekly visits and allowing her to extract my pimples instead of picking at my own pimples paid dividends in the end. I still have an occasional breakout but my skin is almost unrecognizable. I no longer feel the need to wear makeup as a means to cover acne scars and my skin glows and people ask me what type of make up I have on when I am not wearing anything but sunscreen and blush! I could not have asked for a more caring esthetician to work with and find myself trying to choose the right words when I see someone with skin that could use a little TLC by Robyn :) If you are like I was almost three years ago (desperate and will try anything) do not pass up an opportunity for at least a consult with Robyn. Her treatments are more than reasonably priced and the products work and will not break your wallet. Yes they are more than going to the local drug store but if you are accustomed to buying products at a dermatologist's office you understand what I mean; and if you aren't then let me put it to you like this....you get what you pay for in those $3.99 drugstore products claiming to clear acne when the main ingredient has been clinically proven to clog pores! Not only do Robyn's products work but if you don't like them she will always tell you to bring it back for an exchange. Update as of 1 May 2016: I moved away from Fayetteville almost a year ago and have been a loyal long distance customer for the last year. I have maintained the same regiment as before without the bi-weekly facials my face still looks great. I get an occasional break out but who doesn't ?!?

Seen by Addison Ritchie, NP, who completed three biopsies to rule out Basal Cell carcinoma and Dysplastic Nevus. As of 11/19/25 (nearly six weeks since visit), no pathology results posted to patient portal and no call or letter in snail mail/email with results and next steps, but the center sends daily email reminders to pay my bill. Called the center on 11/19 and learned biopsy results not back from lab yet. Not at all pleased with Ms. Ritchie's follow-through and now beginning to wonder, based on Ritchie's lack of curiosity about the results, whether the biopsies were even necessary or just revenue for the center!
