The day before my birthday, my Mom out in California surprised me with a gift certificate to Eye Beauty Studio for lash extensions. I had never had them before and I was VERY that they would look "fake". It was just some thing I have never looked into before. Either way, I was ready to give it a chance. I called Freda to schedule and lucky for me she had a same-day cancellation so I slid right into that appointment and it was go time. When I parked in front of the salon I texted to let her know I had arrived and she met me at the door, mainly due to Covid reasons. She walked me back to her HUGE private salon and I sat on the couch and immediately felt comfortable. Freda explained all the risks and benefits and I filled out a couple of pieces of paperwork. We came up with a plan after bouncing ideas back-and-forth, looking at photos and really just trusting the process. Like I said earlier, I had never done this before and since I had no idea what that's was about to happen I was a little bit anxious as we got stared but that quickly went away. Freda explained what she was about to do and why and it made me really understand the process of what was going on. Things can be scary when you're eyes are closed for an entire appointment... but not this one. She also really made me feel like I was cozy at home laying in my own bed. From the soothing music to the coziest blanket I've ever felt in my life, it wasn't ling before I fell sleep... twice. The rest of the time we had a wonderful conversation. She is such a good listener. I am so grateful to my Mom all the way in California who just wanted me to feel pretty because when I say I posed for my after photos, I POSED for those after photos. I absolutely adore Freda. On one hand she is so professional and an extremely brilliant businesswoman and on the other hand she is the kindest most gentle person who just wants to make people feel pretty. She is the perfect combination of everything that makes up a good human being and for me it's certainly a treat whenever I meet someone like her.

They're great if you want to look at least a little made up without spending time putting on full make up. In December 2023 I decided to have Freda, the owner, do a lip brush. I hate wearing lipstick since it dries up my lips, which was the deciding factor. It's a two step process but totally worth it. No more lipstick for me, only some gloss. Just recently they added facials to their menu. I went today and had a brightening facial with an exfoliation done with Kaylin. It was pretty amazing and Kaylin explained every step of the facial. My skin felt so subtle and soft afterwards. In fact, I booked my next facial appointment already and I've decided to do this once a month on the same day as my eyelash fills. They offer packages which makes it cheaper than buying individual facials. Moral of this long review...I am totally pleased with all of their services and can only recommend them to anyone who wants to practice some self care!

Like a nervous chatter one does when they can't come up to par. I had Microblading done 10 years go in Sanford - it had all but faded out and my brows are now sparse from that fiasco and I needed a new set done - what I got was a joke. Literally. I was pressured into doing some sort of recorded review immediately after the procedure - so it was Johnny on the spot - of course you're not going to be ugly about your disappointment or the service bc you don't really realize or know how bad it is until a few days after. This place was convenient which is the reason I went to this one and the reviews seemed promising... years ago I put off going here and now I know why. My intuition knew better but now that I lived closer - I tried them anyway. Ughh ... Waste of money and very VERY unprofessional results. They should put more money into their training and results than their stores aesthetics. Very disappointed cause I was really looking forward to doing the BB glow. Owner offered No resolution other than BS price break down! This is the break down given.... how is this a special. Needless to say, I will NOT be back. As a single widow mother I do NOT appreciate the robbery that was done. Buy 2 get 1 free = Holiday promotion Breakdown received as follow; Your top eyeliner and brows only is the one you pay=350+350=700 the eyeliner bottom is free= it should be $350 price You save $350 from bottom eyeliner which is the promotion we have. Touch per procedure is only = $150 each procedure mam and you pay $450 yesterday because you have 3 procedures The special was, the way it was explained to me.. with the BB Glow I'd get the $350 off which would put the liner free AND also told if I paid CASH i'd receive a discount. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER! WILL NOT BE BACK ( unless a fair resolution is done) and if you on a budget definitely NOT YOUR PLACE! That should have been my first clue to leave. My right brow was done very high and light in color and round shaped and my left brow was was low and dark in color and square shaped. Right away I knew my brows were messed up. But Angel insisted I needed to wait for 4 weeks to heal and my brows would be more symmetrical. I did and nothing changed. I got a follow up appointment because she said she could correct my brows. I went back July 7th for my appointment and she's not there. I texted her and received a call with her apology and that she would be there in 30 minutes. I decided to leave and texted her I was leaving and going elsewhere for help. She continued to insist she could fix my brows. So I went back and thought my brows had been corrected. After a few days the scaling came off. I still had major issues. I have very noticeable Unevenness and color shading in my brows, especially more in the left. I'm so unhappy after giving her a second chance. I will be seeking another professional to help fix my brows.
