Super rude staff at this location. I don't come to this location often, but when I do I'm met with rude staff. This morning I was met with a "you know we don't offer your membership anymore". "If you ever upgrade or cancel your membership you can't get it back". Okay?? I didn't want to do either of those things, and I've had this same membership for over 5 years. Literally the worst experience at any palm beach tan. There was one person working at the busiest time of the day (5pm) and I waited in line to get checked in for 15 minutes. Then I had a few courtesy tans that needed to be used by the end of the month (today, the 30th) she said they expired and she couldn't do anything. She was slow, not competent,or helpful. I had my membership on hold since I was traveling back and forth to Minneapolis. One of the members decided to unlock it and charged me $70.00 besides charging monthly even after I cancelled my membership. Numerous calls & emails always pushed me to Corporate. After speaking to "corporate", I was told "it" takes a long time, well it's been a VERY long time, no communication. Customer Service is pathetic. Never again would I give them business. Extremely rude And terrible customer service by the manager Jasmine. I have the unlimited membership and I stood for 15 minutes while she didn't even acknowledge me and spoke to a woman about every possible situation rather than just simply checking me in and letting me go about my 5 minute spray in and out. After waiting For 3 times as long as it usually takes me in other locations for the whole process I asked if i could just check in and do my thing quick she rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath well reluctantly checking me in. COVID Notice: "Since salons are temporarily closed, as a Premier Rewards®member, your auto-payment will not be processed on April 1 and you will not be auto-billed again until the month following our reopening." Note that the billing cycle is defined by their terms not the terms of the client or the client's comfort in going back out. There was no notice that billing was starting up again but, there was an email stating, "Sunnier Days Are Here! We're Open." No message stating that billing was starting up again. I paid for months before I noticed that I was being billed again. No effort on their part to accommodate or adjust the billing for their vague notice. There should have been a direct interaction with the customer once billing was to restart. They technically covered their a$$ but they lost this customer. read more

I've been to many different palm beach locations and this one is by far the worst... every time I am in to tan they ALWAYS try to sell me products even when I say no they'll say "let me just tell you about them and when I'm done you can say no". Last time I got a spray tan here the girl didn't know how to work the bed, she was literally on FaceTime with the manager to get help, and then ended up putting two cartridges in and my spray was really terrible. You can expect to spend 45 minutes here as they will try to sell you everything on the wall. read more

A good place to get your tan on! Service has been good but could be friendlier especially when one is leaving and someone is at the front desk. Even though you are helping a customer, still acknowledge your customer is leaving and especially when the customer says, "thank you have a good night." Countless times nothing back. read more

charged a $30-$40 late fee when I was on freeze, after my card was stolen. Wouldn't let me cancel my membership without paying almost the cost of my membership. The salon is absolutely disgusting. Dirty beds. Dust everywhere. Dirty floors. The staff is not friendly, they make the whole transaction awkward. They cannot sell and could definitely use some sales training. I would have bought more had they not been so pushy, and maybe cared more about what my needs were rather than their commission. read more

This is the closest PBT to my home, but I had been avoiding this location because of the reviews. I finally went to this one to save some driving time, and I wish I had checked it out sooner. It seems like one of those situations where the business is only getting feedback from the unhappy guests and no feedback when everything goes smoothly. There were employees ready to help as soon as I walked in. The gal who got me set up reminded me that I have a 25% off products coupon sitting on my account for the next couple weeks, which I appreciated! There was no other conversation (no haggling!) about products besides reminding me I had the discount and asking one time if I wanted to use it during that visit. The employee was polite, answered my questions, and gave helpful recommendations after I asked for them. I see no reason for this PBT location to have such a low average review score! I'm going to start using this location more often, and I will update my review if my opinion changes. read more

Walked in to specifically get the PBT one $15/month membership and even told the worker that's what I wanted. After spending 45 minutes giving me a tour of every single bed and every single lotion I settled on a gold membership and a lotion because there were 3 people waiting behind me that the worker wouldn't check in. Even though the gold is $49 and the price was prorated, I left there with a $150 bill for one month of tanning and a lotion. I still can't wrap my brain around how $50 membership (prorated+fee) turned into $150. Somehow the lotion she persuaded me to buy as a "first-timer" was $100 on sale! I feel completely bamboozled as I told the girl I just wanted to tan for an event coming up and it wasn't a long term thing. It would have been nice to know the price of the lotion was $100+, but they strategically kept that info to themselves. 3 days later and there is a promo for $5 gold bed tans. That would've been nice to know too. read more
