Annabelle is phenomenal! I walked in to a friendly happy face, she looked at my chart and ran with it. This is my second spray tan and it's for a January wedding! I just listened as she suggested exactly what I was looking for. She explained the process in great detail and suggested a few things that helped a lot. I used to tan here, I came in to sign up again and unfortunately this is a non cash business- which I personally think is absolutely ridiculous! This is the dumbest thing beside enforcing masks to healthy people: during this pandemic! To refuse support bussiness that refuse to be paid by cash, makes no sense to me. Sooooo beyond ridiculous! A few months ago; I was getting a spray tan before I went to Vegas for a birthday. The employees had zero knowledge of what color would look good on me. I got the mystic, which in my opinion came out so bad. I showered the next day and was still so so orange. I honestly would go back again to try the beds but you should have employees in there who know what they are talking about. I've been to tanning places many times in the past and their staff are usually helpful. read more

Nice little tanning salon and you normally don't have to wait long. They used to have a girl there who was a little pushy about purchasing their products but she hasn't been around for quite a while so that's good. The beds are always clean and the staff is friendly. read more

PBT in Windsor is terrible. The Versa spray tan has been down at least 3 months, the mystic has been down almost a full month, a lot of times they don't have paper towels...EVEN FOR THE BATHROOM! They are next door to walmart too! They were out for weeks! No wet wipes for the spray beds, when they were working, quit giving out lip balm and nose plugs. The stand up bed has had bulbs out for 3 months. The "fancy" diamond bed is almost always out of misting spray and has NEVER had aroma therapy since the new owners took over. They were closed last Wednesday at 3:30 for some reason. Like just closed down in the middle of the day. If you call to check if anyone is there, if they might be closed again or even if a bed might be opened or if you can get a spray tan (you can't, by the way) it's always a busy signal. No one answers the phone. EVER, just a busy signal.I went there last week and 10 people were waiting in line. One person in the diamond bed was taking forever after the bed went off, when they came out, it was an EMPLOYEE making everyone wait. Crazy! Used to be a good salon, not anymore. it's pretty disheartening to come to a business you pay for monthly and services and/or product are not available!!! i have wasted more product that i put on myself to arrive at pbt only to find out they are out of product and one of the machines are down. i pay for this service monthly and unfortunately you have no product and machines are down. this has been going on way to long.. if possible please get it together and offer some sort of compensation for the money that myself and others have paid for services not rendered.... very disgruntled patron keep giving ya chances, get it together!!!! read more

From the team at the doors who know what they are talking about, to the quality of service I've received, I have nothing to say negatively about the Windsor salon. Cereniti has been very helpful as all you young ladies have been and I'm glad I didn't let the negativity steer me away. Be aware ! This place is a fraud and will continuously charge you for tanning services. My wife had been trying for over 2 months to cancel her "subscription" and they constantly give her the run around. For a place that is dependent on customer service, they are the worst. I'm not sure how they stay in business with these poor business practices. Update: since receiving this response from the Owner. My wife left her name, email, phone and detailed message with your staff and nobody has called her back. She said that upon making it to cancel her membership in person she was offered to cancel online which she had never been told. In addition, we have still been charged for the month. Instead of asking us to respond with our information, practice good customer service and call people back when they specifically request to speak with a manager. BUYER BEWARE!! First I want to say that the customer service was outstanding!! the young girl was very nice, helpful, and professional. However, I got a Versa spray tan in the dark color, and I waited the recommended time before showering. The results were so bad, I couldn't believe it. You could hardly see any color at all, and there were places where there was NO color , like my back side. I got the spray on a Friday and by Monday the little bit of color I had was gone. They charge $50 a spray and it's a total rip off! I did everything per their instructions, so it wasn't anything I did that caused these results. I do a better job at home with my FakeBake or Skinny Tan self tanner!! Very disappointed! read more

This location is horrible don't go. I have been to other palm beach tans and been happy with my services but stay away from this one. The staff was by herself and she was overwhelmed and having an anxiety attack! There was at least 7 people waiting for their tanning and she was frantic. The mystic tanner machine BROKE 1/2 way through my tanning. So she thought it would best to place more color in and start again. It BROKE again! I only received 1/2 a tan and I am really orange! The attendant said they would refund me my money since it broke it she could only refund part of it because the product is counted. The staff tried reaching out to management to get help. The Manager wouldn't come. I called the manager, she didn't answer and never returned my call. Go somewhere else. read more

I walked in for first time to sign up for Tan 10 min before they closed and girl said we just close? Then went back next morning exactly at 10:00am when web said they would be open, tried open door, locked and girl behind desked yelled through window "we do not open till 11:00 am". I looked at sign on door and at clearly said Saturday and Sundays 10-3pm. I will not be trying again, it's a shame because they are literally down the street and was considering a membership. So will be bondi sands self tanning for event for Me and friends for event and will not be referring anyone to you. read more

I have not had a very good experience at the Windsor Palm Beach . Numerous times I have gone and it has been closed when the hours say open . When I have called to inquire I have had very rude staff on the other end of the phone. The employees at Palm Beach Tan have absolutely no training and no common sense. The was a huge turnover in August and since then it has gone downhill! Myself and my family members have had memberships for over two years here. Last month, they tried to charge us more for our membership without notice. I explained to them that is incorrect. We would be "grandfathered" in. It took an email to the corporate office for the staff to understand the meaning of "grandfathered." And let me clarify...not all staff were informed or trained as the following week I went in and they tried to charge me again. In addition, you have to go into the business to give them your new banking info once your old card expires instead of updating online. So of course, I did so. My husband went in to tan and his account was red flagged for "nonpayment." They never updated the card from the week before. A few hours later, I went in to find out what was happening. The counter clerk said yes she remembered updating my card it's in the computer. Turns out she never changed the expiration date. Now today, I get an email from Palm Beach saying I need to update my card, plus I owe a fee for being late. Two years...never once had a problem until this past month! What is going on, Owner? Why is your staff not trained properly? So disappointed in my experience lately here! Time to be a diligent business owner, hire staff that you can train properly and doesn't have a junior high education. So frustrated! *****UPDATE: Zoey at PBT reached out to rectify the situation. This salon has sold packages silver membership but only have one silver bed so you have to wait as long as 60 minutes to tan then when you do get in the air control is broken but they still charge your credit card monthly don't buy the package it is so disappointing read more

Friendly staff, it's great to have this national brand in town, traveling anywhere in country and you can tan at any salon! As for the lady mad about the 24 hour rule, it is to protect your skin and in actual fact you get the best tan if you go every 48 hours, it's fact not to "save them money". I have been a member at Palm Beach Tan for 4 years. I pay every month and tonight before one of the biggest holiday weekends I was told by Veronica at the front desk that I could not tan because I was coming from the Southern California market. She refused to let me tan even though I am paying customer. I am so unsatisfied and she is their assistant manager and still was unable to find a solution to a loyal customer. This company is a joke. They rehire people who treat customers with disrespect and that leave the salon unlocked and the alarm turned off over night. There so called district manager Krista called me about my complaint of another store and politely told me she would cancel my account rather than deal with said employee. I wanted just a few tans to start a base and was told by the staff member that helped me that they did not offer walk ins, I needed to purchase a monthly plan, which I did. I had her write down on the brochure exactly what was to be charged and when I needed to cancel. When I received my next credit card statement I was charged $41 more than was quoted. After I signed up I would go in and they would tell me I do not have a membership or have a past due account, this would go on for months and each month I would have to show them a screenshot of my bank account withdrawing my monthly dues. I always love coming here but pretty bummed out this morning because I actually had time to come in before work and I pulled up at 9:50 and the place still wasn't open. Hung around for another 15 minutes past 10am and still no one had showed up. Thought this was weird since they open at 8.. at least that's what it says on the door and everywhere online. My account was suppose to be canceled because I've been dealing with health issues and it wasn't canceled and now they are trying to charge me 180 dollars. Horrible customer service I've called a couple times with people saying they would call me back and no one ever called me back. Now they say I have to go in and cancel when I explained to I don't know how many people I've been dealing with serious health issues and couldn't make it in there.
