Manager Aster , is completely ruthless. I told the girls on sept 19 th to put me on stay and save. well it never happened. and now 2 months later it's obvious I haven't been back in since the end of September. Astor refuses to credit me saying it was my responsibility to make sure they received a signature! She refuses to give me her bosses phone number . I've been a customer over 8 yrs. I really like all the girls at Windsor location , even though they are at fault for not doing the stay and save. Aster will run that location into the ground she has a power trip attitude. I've given Palm Beach Tan more than enough chances, and I'm officially done. The beds are never cleaned properly -- I constantly notice streaks/smudges, of leftover lotion from the person before me. It's beyond gross and makes me question if they're following any kind of hygiene protocol. As for the management... yikes. The store manager is incredibly unprofessional and way too aggressive when it comes to pushing lotions. Every single visit turns into a sales pitch, and it's uncomfortable. I came here to tan, not get guilt-tripped into buying products I don't want or need. Between the poor cleanliness and the pushy, unpleasant vibe from the staff, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Definitely looking for a new salon. read more

Been coming here for quite some time now and I can't tell you how many times I've driven over and they just happen to be closed during the middle of the day when their hours said they should be open. This is a great place, the staff is great. Michaela has awesome energy and is very helpful. The products and the beds are excellent quality and it's a good place to go for a quick tan if you're in a hurry. The only thing I don't like about it is how expensive some of the packages and upgrades are. Also their expiration policies are strict. She proceeded to check in the 4 more people that had come in since I started waiting. Total wait time 25 min. Poor service with only 1 staff member on site. For those of us that have had the silver membership for years. And live in Santa Rosa. It was already hard loosing the yulupa store. Now Marlow Rd store took away the silver lay down. So your only option now is a stand up. So if you want to go in a lay down now you have to drive to cotati or windsor. Seems like the company should have considered this when removing our options. My favorite location to go is the Marlow Road one, in Santa Rosa. Palm Beach tan has the BEST service I've ever seen. The girls their are so much fun and always in an amazing mood! Normally I give Palm Beach Tan 5 star reviews but Ive recently discovered a policy of theirs that has left me feeling extremely ripped off. I have been a loyal customer for several years, never canceled or paused my membership even thru lockdown. I was recently given a very generous gift card for PBT, & was very happy to be able to have a few months of tanning for free thanks to the gift card, HOWEVER PBT will only honor the gift card for lotions. I use1 bottle of lotion a year & it costs me about $60, at this rate it will take me several years to be able to use my gift card. The person who gifted me was not made aware of this & now I'm stuck w a very expensive but useless gift due to a their scam. I asked for a manager or owner call & have heard nothing. This makes me want to cancel my membership & go back to my last tanning salon. Extremely short sighted of PBT to abuse customers trust like this. Long story short DO NOT BUY PALM BEACH TAN GIFT CARDS. It is a rip off. Unless you would like several bottles of lotion. My review in no way reflects on the young man thy helped me yesterday, he was very kind but trapped by their bogus policy. read more

I locked my keys in the car while I went in for a quick tan at this awesome shop and the girls totally stepped up and helped me get in contact with a locksmith!! Above and beyond service, letting me borrow their PERSONAL cell phones to make and wait for the multiple calls needed! It was a crisis that went smoothly because of those friendly ladies! 5/5 stars! I feel it's important to update this review because each of my visits after my initial experience have been great. During my second visit, I was greeted by Devonte who demonstrated exemplary customer service. I was impressed with how he greeted customers upon their arrival and sent them on their way to have a good day. I've also had the pleasure of meeting Lauren who also does a fabulous job. Terrible experience. Went in for the first time tonight at 7:15pm for a spray tan. The front desk girl was nice but did not know what she was doing. She told me that both the Versa and Mystic Tan booths were available so I chose the Versa since I had used that most recently. She got me all set up and told me which room to go into. There were no hairnets in the room so I went back out to get one. They were all out! So she gave me this tote bag thingie to use. Once I got undressed, I stepped into the Versa booth and it wasn't even programmed!! I had to put my clothes on and go back to the girl at the front desk. She tried several times to fix it with no luck. So then she offered me the Mystic tan booth which was now being used by someone else! So I had to wait for it to be turned over. Finally, I was able to get my spray tan at 7:45pm but I felt like it was such a waste of $54!! I don't even see the "Topaz" color!! Uggggg. Not returning or recommending this place. read more

I came to this location after having a credit for a spray tan and the staff were so kind, accommodating, and helpful! It was my first spray tan since I was a teenager and they kindly walked me through the process and made sure to help me pick the right shade for my skin tone! I can not believe how unprofessional the girl that was working at your Marlow location 2 weeks ago on the weekend, she was blonde, mouthy and rude. And not to mention she made VERY clear in front of customers that she was only filling in that day and how much she hated that location and didn't even want to be there, she also added she was the only one working and was so stressed out that she was Contemplating walking out and leaving cause she was so stressed and hated her job, I'm guessing that's why she made me wait over an hour as she roomed several customers not even once did she say "thank you for your patiences" "sorry" or anything regarding why and when she would be able to take me back. I came in for a spray tan for a event that was in a few days, I'm pretty fair so I asked for a darker color, to my surprise and $45 dollars later,..... I need a spray tan before country summer tomorrow! I had to rush home and shower before. So i arrived about 10 min before closing, the open sign was already off so i peeked in and asked if they were still open. She (Cierra)rolled her eyes and said "yes just make sure you come in earlier next time" I told her i wanted a spray tan, she told me "Oh yeah you are too late for that, i have to turn over 2 beds and it's gonna be too late for that." I went here on my way to work. I usually go to the Rhonert Park location and they are ahhhhhmazing. This location however, not so much. I was very excited when I found out that this location was opening then I could tan more. I went there on a Thursday at 2pm and was told that it would be 20 minutes. I was ok with that as I had an hour before work. I saw many people come in after me yet I was the only person who had to wait. After waiting over 30 minutes I was getting to the point where I wasn't going to have time to tan before work. I then started to see the same people come out that came in after me. At 2:35pm I went to the desk and let them know that I had run out of time to tan and would have to come back. I was then told that my bed just needed to be "turned". I told her that I no longer had time. She stated that she's sorry but that my tan looked great and it would be ok for the weekend. Yesterday I wanted to tan after work...I opted to bypass this location which is less than 5 minutes from my job and go to the Rhonert Park location instead...which is about 20-25 minutes away depending on traffic...it's pretty sad that I can't use this location because I was so excited when it opened. read more

I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now that is until now. I will be canceling my account this month due to the fact that they rehired a person that is rude talks crap about customers and is just not professional in any way. Said person even got drunk at the company Christmas party and then came to work smelling of beer and hung over the next day and processed to brag about it. And she was the manager of Rohnert park at this time. When I told this to the person doing the training I was told that even an employee has made it clear she will not work with this person but according to staff because they are so short handed and this person knows the job and will take little training efforts they are keeping her on. Its truly sad that customers dont mean anything to the owner Bill and to the management staff. I spend a ton of money in this place but they dont care so I will be taking my money elsewhere. So keep your looser staff I will take my business to a company that will appreciate me and respect me as a customer.i wish I could give them negative stars. I am a cross market member who usually tans in Alabama, but while being home for the summer I've been going to the location on Marlow 2-3 times a week due to the wonderful customer service experience I receive from Carly. She was the first person to remember my name and access my cross market membership after multiple employees at other locations struggled to verify I was a member. She always greets me enthusiastically and takes in interest in how I'm doing that particular day. Alongside this, she continuously educates me on the details and perks of my membership, and the effects various additives such as bronzers and scents will have on my overall tan. I trust her entirely to give me the best tan possible every single time, it is easy to tell she knows what's up. When she is busy she always manages to accommodate everyone's questions and concerns, and works to get everyone their tan in a timely fashion. She has ultimately influenced the way I tan, and the way I view the brand. Carly goes above and beyond to prove what good customer service is. I'm sad to leave her and return to alabama to tan but glad to have found a friend through this store. read more
