On 15 May 2022, Dr. Seely wrote me a letter stating, "...and am formally discharging you from my practice". He then continues, "(you have) a very serious and potentially blinding condition and in my opinion need to be under the care of ophthalmologist." I was FIRED from his practice, I think, because I CANNOT wear a mask. He did not indicate that in his letter to me, so I am assuming this is the reason. I am 79 years old, with breathing issues & heart issues & I cannot wear a mask. I politely offered to wear a shield, but that was not to his liking. They demand that every patient wears a mask. Here is their photo of their staff - hypocrites ! I would not trust someone of this weak stature with my eyes. Thank you Dr. Seely for sparing me any agony that I might have endured. The negative is they supposedly checked my insurance and I paid my half (due to out of network) the same day. Two months later I get a bill for another $681.41. They obviously didn't call. Do yourself a favor and check with your insurance yourself. It's a very assembly line sort of place. Get you in, get your money and get you out as quick as possible. I got a second opinion with a breast surgeon by the name of Dr. Derisi and his team. They told me my scans were done completely wrong and there was no way anyone would've been able to read them to determine whether or not I needed surgery. I had to get my scans redone. I was also charged for the procedure I never had done by Mercy hospital when the appointment was never confirmed! The lack of patient care and the worry that was brought upon me is completely unacceptable. Thank God for my gut feeling to take my scans elsewhere. Do not go here for any type of care.

I have trouble with doing molds-I don't care for the goopy stuff. He and his assistant were creative in helping me do that without choking. The assistants I've had have been very nice and supportive. I definitely recommend and will be going back to him.
