"Oh absolutely you have a fantastic case we're going to get you an entirely new roof," they said on the calls, at our house visit with the insurance company. And then suddenly, no response. We spent months sending email after email asking what they were doing and then finally we get an email back stating "Here's the small sum you will get. We'll take our portion and send you the rest via check." No further response. Absolutely a scam. Literally just call your insurance company and have them come out. Don't EVER work with this company.
