Another water damage water demo restoration I was dreading until Zona Restoration saved the day. Communication via phone and text was easy, crisp and responsive. I could not be present during the demo as I like, normally preferring to be on-site to see what work is done and make sure no shortcuts are taken and to ensure a clean job site, especially when the job was in a downstairs basement with an expensive built in unit / granite top, fully carpeted area and a pristine pool table. Its not often I walk into a project that was done sight unseen and I utter the words "holy cow they did a good job!". There was very minimal to no dust, everything mentioned above was well protected, the expected scrapes and scratches on the narrow stairwell leading downstairs were not there at all. It was literally like someone snapped their fingers and the job was done and left no trace of the work done except for the finished project. About 5 years ago, we discovered our toilet hadn't been properly set and it leaked into our lower level ceiling. Completely outrageously priced, $38,190!! My project is: frame out for a garage door and repace t1-11 wood siding. There's nothing complicated about this project. The house has already been inspected by a structural engineer. The room was a carport, enclosed it & now a finished room with electric. Conversion to a garage does not require a structural engineer. Recently purchased a home and seller made some repairs to the house prior to closing. Seller contracted Zona Restoration to replace wood shakes roof with asphalt shingles. After work was performed, Zona restoration left a lot of debris in the attic resulting from the roof replacement. There were some other items, the seemed like oversight such leaving disconnected exhaust pipes and lack of any kind of attic ventilation (which is causing the attic to have temperature of 140 degrees in a 100 degree day). I called their customer service and was indicated to compose an email with zona restoration invoice and statement of work completed, so it would be send to production manager, Dave. I composed the email and send all the info. A day later, I got an email from customer service indicating that Dave was too busy to reach out, but the warranty wouldn't cover any of the work, since they were not stipulated in the contract. Now, I am uncertain if replacing a roof with ventilation and not connecting exhaust pipes as found ARE acceptable practices, but I cannot hold it against Zona Restoration, since the seller contracted and paid for their work and I am uncertain if the seller also tried to cut corners. However, the attic debris and junk is part of the agreement (Excerpt: "Haul away all job site related roof"), but they decided to ignore and disregard my request to honor warranty. Customer service was nice and helpful, so I adding a second star; however, I wouldn't recommend or try to pursue the work warranty from Zona restoration; Instead, I am hiring a general contractor and now need to pay a couple thousand dollars to correct these issues on a brand new roof. read more

I either had to leave my shower running wasting water, or turn off the water running to my entire house. A very quick not great initial call to see if I could schedule a specialist to come by to check and give a quote for a potential mold problem after a home inspection came back alarming. We have HVAC coming out and a roofer but the woman answering the phone told me they were not the right fit right for me directly telling me that if I didn't already own the home they couldn't help me. WOW. This company went above and beyond your imagination with accommodating special needs that I have never experienced being offered such a kind no extra fee service so I would not feel uncomfortable with my special need involving temporary disability when it comes to driving a car They work with another great company which involves repairing your front windshield window in which the newer cars a lot of them have to be recalibrated if they have special sensors in which mine was that type of car. The other service came to my house and put in the new windshield and then the other company normally has you drive your car to their place however in my case I explained first it was too far to drive for me from Phoenix to Tempe Arizona and 2nd I told him about why I cannot drive at this time. Without hesitation the customer service representative I spoke to from this company stated she will have one of their workers personally drive over there with another worker so he could take my car with the other worker following behind and get the job done and bring my car back the same day fixed Sure enough they did what they promised but more praise to them for volunteering to do that service for me free of charge. My insurance company also highly recommended the company before I said yes to them after reading reviews.
