We called Pink Plumbing because we had sewage periodically backing up into the house. We suspected it was a sewer line issue, and Pink confirmed that with a camera inspection for $300. The process to scope the line was similar to other companies, and the reviews for this plumber are great, so we included them in our quotes. The plumber they sent was knowledgeable and did a thorough job scoping everything and explaining what was going on. Ultimately, we decided to go with a different plumber with similar reviews but a much more appealing quote. I gave 4 out of 5 stars solely because their quote was on the high end, but to be clear, this company was professional, gave us a same-day quote, and did a great job finding the issue. read more

They charged us $850 to replace the main water line valve that had a small leak. The tech used a press-fit type fitting which is very difficult to repair. It should have been soldered. We were in a bind, so if you need it done fast, you will pay top dollar. read more

This company is a breeze to work with. Scheduling is easy, they are communicatve and they show up when they say they will. Our technician was polite, professional and easy to work with. However, it cost $525 to diagnose a problem faucet and install the new faucet (we sourced the faucet ourselves and it is not included in the price). That is a very, very expensive installation for something that is not terribly complex or difficult. We estimate we paid about $100 over market and in this economy, we can't afford to do this again. read more

This is an amazing, professional and transparent company. Lou from Pink Plumbing & Sewer came out to replace two tub drains and stoppers in the master bath and guest bathroom. The tub drains were severely rotted from drano, and there was a chance of a leak. I was advised of this possibility prior to the service and I greatly appreciated the transparency. The value for the cost of service is worth tenfold. I can now take a bath which was previously not an option. Lou was friendly, professional, and the quality of work is top notch! From the time calling them and getting a rep to listen and ask questions and document what happened to getting the service tech to come in. Very professional, clean, and on time. A bit pricy but I don't mind that if I know I'm getting quality service, so it was worth every penny. The service I needed was clogged main pipe where the washer drainage would back flow when the disposal in the kitchen would run. I did a review a while back on Lou and Anthony at Pink Plumbing, but I absolutely need to do another one! They never cease to amaze me! As I mentioned in my original review, our home is older, so we have had a few more problems since then. Also, as I said before, I will never go anywhere else for our plumbing problems. Every time I called them, they came out as soon as they could. They are always extremely careful; they even put protective coverings on their shoes to make sure there is no damage done to our flooring. They analyze our problem, show us some options if there is more than one, tell us what they would recommend, and then take care of the repair immediately. The repair always looks so professional, and they always clean up when they are done, so there is never a mess when they leave. Their prices are always reasonable. Then to top it all off they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. I feel like we have gotten to be good friends. I feel like hugging them when they come, seriously, who feels like hugging their plumber? When I said before they treat us as if we were their own grandparents, I can't overstate that! They really are awesome! I also mentioned before that I love the fact that they support cancer research, especially since we have a cancer survivor in our family. I also think it's cool that they give a discount when you have a cancer survivor in your family. The technician came out and met my tenants without me there because he 2 hours early. He left me a VM that the carcass of my water heater was damaged and sent me an invoice for $2,700 to replace it. Even if that were true the tank is 2 years old and would be under warranty. They didn't even mention the warranty option to save me money. They clearly just needed the work. The carcass is not damaged. The tank is heating and holding 140 degree water. I measured it with a heat gun. It's coming out of my taps at 100 degrees which is why I called to begin with. I called someone else....bad thermostatic mixing valve, $200 and it's good as new. I will never call these guys again. read more

I should have done this a year ago, but sometimes it's a good idea to wait a year to make sure that the work done was really well done. I had a sewerline breach and they had to replace the 60s foot section that ran onto the alley. I talked to five different places before I landed on Pink Plumbing. Chris spent a half hour on the phone selling the value of what they were doing. In the end, they beat the other guys by over $1000 on a $12,000 job, I got a better quality pike, and got the work done the very next day. They didn't leave a mess behind and that was important to me. Chris was on site to make sure it went well. There are a lot of fake reviews out there, but this is not one of them. We had to get our entire sewer line inside and out and any pipe connected to it replaced. House was built in '61 and the pipes were corroding reallly bad and backing up. They weren't cheapest as they stated but were honest and up front about everything. Got me on a payment plan and they got the job done within 2 days. This plumber was very quick to respond, when they gave me a quote, I did ask if they serviced condos which they don't. Unfortunate! They wouldn't help me. I'm a renter, paying for a uninstall and new install of a replacement faucet I already bought, but couldn't get the nut off the bottom of the faucet for the old one. They would not help me at all since I was NOT the owner of the house. The property mgmt wouldn't replace the faucet since it still worked, just hardwater built up over the last 10 years and CLR and other products just were not working and it wouldn't swivel anymore. Had a leak in a water pipe outside in the yard, and someone from Pink was able to come out and look at it the next morning, thankfully, because we were leaving town. Easy to make the appointment and the plumber was right on time. Service was quick and efficient and we were charged less than we were told because my husband had already dug a hole and isolated the leak. However it was still really expensive. The fix seems to be holding so we're happy about that. Definitely recommend, especially for an emergency fix. read more
