Catalyst Palm Desert is a very good dispensary with an amazing selection. Plenty of parking and friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was going to go earlier this week, but got an email saying they were having a 710 sale, so I waited a couple days and got more for my money. Long line out the door for the 710 sale but the security guard and the woman checking folks in kept the line moving. They were well stocked for this sale and I was able to pick up everything I wanted for 40% off. That's a great deal. Even though there are several dispensaries closer to my house, I will happily continue to make the drive to Catalyst Palm Desert. Highly (get it?) recommend. read more

The lady with her hair dye and she's always there at night very disrespectful. There's been multiple occasions that I pulled up with a passport/ ID and a birth certificate and she does not let me enter. I find it very rude of her because I always go in the morning or afternoon and the lady that's there. It will always let me through. Please communicate to your staff and let them know the store policies cause this is ridiculous. I am never coming here again. read more

Really weird that I've been to multiple dispos in the last week or two since leaving the DMV after applying for my CA license. My current out of state license has a hole in it now, bc the DMV did so. And all the sudden I can't shop at this dispo bc my ID is damaged ... poor policy. Maybe work with DMV procedures to not miss a sale for no reason. I have been a customer here for at least a year and a half. I buy for myself and my three sons, my husband & father in law. I buy anywhere from 3 to 8 disposable cartridges every time I go in. Today I accidentally bought 3 regular cartridges. I went in and asked if I could exchange it. They said, of course, since I had just purchased it. I was told to go inside & wait at the online pick up register. After a couple of minutes of waiting, I decided to walk over to the counter, where the disposable vapes are to take a look at what they had since I was looking in the wrong case. (They really should be labeled disposable and nondisposable because this has happened before and it happens there a lot it's not just me.) the security guard came in from the lobby and told me I could not stand there that I had to wait by the cash register for the manager and this is after the manager greeted me and told me that he would be right with me at the case where I was standing by the disposables. I told the security guard that I just was looking to see what was available so that when he came out to do the exchange, we would have it ready to go. Saving time. The security guard told me no, & that I had to wait by the cash register and that if somebody wasn't waiting on me, I could not look at any of the products. I waited a couple more minutes for the manager to come and he did not. So I left, and I did not return any of the products that I purchased. I will give them away before I will step foot in your store again. I have been a very good customer and I know everyone of these employees. I always thought this place was ran wonderfully, but today really pissed me off. I just had $100 shoved up my ass with bad customer service. I drove around the corner to Cannabis 21 I bought the exact same disposable gelato for $10 less. What the f*** was I thinking? I guess I need to shop around more. Between my Juice Bar and my CBD oil store and my entire family owns several restaurants around this valley, I send so much business to this place, but I will be redirecting everybody today. Not that it will affect your business, I'm not trying to do that, I just want my friends to get the customer service that I am promising them. PS- cannabis 21 will allow you to walk around the store. Why was it so hard for the "manager" AND cashier to verify the authentication of my EXPIRED DL (expired-on my 75th birthday- 2/27/24=YESTERDAY) AND an ORIGINAL RECEIPT from CA DMV (dated YESTERDAY)? Do they smoke too much of the products that distort judgement while ignoring factual reality? Both documents (expired PICTURE DL & DMV RENEWAL receipt) are legal documents. They denied me access to the store until I called back and asked for authoritative personnel. I wasted at least 45 minutes and finally was allowed to shop. Since it was troublesome trying to contact CEO Elliot Lewis, I suggest retraining for budtenders for future incidents. To pacify me, I was given Lowell 35s - Wild Safari. I appreciate the gesture but; my member history dictates INDICA. An offer of Lowell 35s-Stargazer would have been appropriate. With that being said; I'm thinking about going out of my way & return to WCCC. read more
