Needed toilet ring replaced and slop sink faucet fixed. Originally said they could be out 2 days…read morelater. They called a little while later and we're out in 15 minutes. Everything done quickly and cost was totally reasonable. They will be my go to place always. Last time I had them do work it was just as great.

We waited for a bit to write this review as we were hoping they would make things right…read more Unfortunately we have had no response from them so wanted to share our experience. When we were given the quote it was for $145 an hour with no mention of any "additional fees". When the gentleman came to do the job he was a pleasure to work with and did a great job!! We have no complaints on that part. The problem came when the bill was received and it was hundreds more than what we had anticipated. When discussing with the owner this is what we were told. Plumber is $150 an hour not $145. There was an additional $45 and hour for a young man to pick up concrete and collect tools. We had to pay for drive time to and from the house. There was a jackhammer fee. And we had to pay for them to clean out the truck . Which consisted of half a barrel of concrete and about 10 feet of pipe. We feel that should have been shared when given the quote, not after the fact. I suggest you ask about these fees before confirming an appointment.
