I feel taken advantage of and a HUGE bait and switch. I put a huge down payment down and don't owe much more. They switched to a virtual orthodontist in October. I was never informed of the switch, kicker the orthodontist is in Colorado...explain to me how this works. I'm paying tons of money for an orthodontist not to even be in the building. RUN dont walk, the office visits consist of the techs doing the orthodontists job, i hope they get paid more. This is the worst experience I've ever had recently. I spoke with the office manager and she couldn't give me any information. I had to wait for a phone call from a finance person....never called so I had to follow up. My kid has had braces for 1 yr this month.....they will give me back 500$....I've already paid almost 4,000...but hey they'll give me back 500....when I asked difficult questions she just put me on hold. How is this even legal...the doctor just looks at photos and never speaks to you directly. Horrible experience NEVER recommend this place it's a joke. read more

Multiple visits for the same issue, paying for a service that come to find out wasn't ever performed. If I could give zero stars, I would. I used to love this place and recommend it to everyone, but it has the worst service I have ever experienced now. I cannot get ahold of anyone IN the office anymore; Everybody is outsourced working from home and if they don't know the answers to questions, they have to place us on hold, call the direct line to the office and get answers. And that is IF I can get ahold of anyone at all. I have called at least 10 times in the last month and I- 1) am left on hold for 15+ minutes and then hung up on or 2) try to leave a voicemail (which then gives me a busy dial tone and no option to get back on the line or leave a voicemail). The one time I did speak to someone was only because they called me to schedule a cleaning, which then couldn't be scheduled for a month and a half out (which I know is probably out of their control). Then, when I inquired about an Ortho issue, they said they would leave a message for them. I never heard back (hence the calling 10 times in a month to try to get ahold of someone in Ortho). On to the Ortho issue-- I have been coming to this office since I was about 9 (I am now 25). I've gone through 2 sets of braces and 3 retainers. I've had my retainer now since 2019 and it recently broke (which was totally my fault). I finally got ahold of someone today to figure out how/if I could get a replacement and they told me that my name does not exist in their system (after them going back and forth between me and the direct line to the office-- at that point, why not just transfer me to someone who has the answers instead of making this poor, sweet, patient woman be the go-between messenger??) She finally told me that the office said I would need to come in as a new patient and have a consultation appointment. I am just SOO frustrated and annoyed with my entire experience recently. Everything I used to LOVE about this place no longer exists and their desire to service their patients apparently no longer exists either. read more

First off if I could give this establishment 0 stars I would have chosen that. I only went to this office on two occasions because that's all I needed to know that this place no longer deserves my interest. My first appointment I had the very first appointment of the day and still waited almost an hour after my appointment time to be called back. Even after I was called back I continued waiting in the customer chair for them to begin my cleaning. I've never had any issues with my teeth so my normal cleaning appointments never take more than 30 minutes. I spent more time waiting in their waiting room than my actual appointment. My second appointment I had the very last appointment of the day and once again had to wait way after my initial appointment time before I was even called back. I understand things happen but this should not be an issue or a way of practice. During my cleaning from the dental assistant she told me that there were no issues with my teeth and that everything looked great. As soon as the head dentist came to give the final check she maybe took 5 seconds to look in my mouth and then claimed that I had a cavity after the assistant just said otherwise. Mind you, I have never had a cavity in my life and never has any issues from all of my routine cleanings. I believe that these people are claiming their patients have these issues when that is in fact not true. They are money hungry because they are in need and losing patients. This exact example has also happened to my significant other who is also a patient at this office. I went to a new office this week for a second opinion and cleaning and not to my surprise they said that my teeth were perfect and no cavities. Please do not give your business to this office, there was plenty of other great dentist offices. Lastly, the appeal of the office is very off putting. It's dirty and all of their equipment is old and not updated. I would never recommend this office to anyone. read more

Cobbe Family Dental has been caring for my large family for a couple years now. This last visit was super disappointing, they left my young children to brand new dental assistance or something , two men took my daughters to X-ray without me there, now my kids are complaining of pain in their mouths, and they have cuts on the edges of their lips. When the assistances put sealant on my kids teeth, they got the product all over their lips and mouth, it was very messy and they looked like they didn't know what they were doing. I have tried to call the office to ask about it twice, and left messages and no one will return my calls. The men's names were David and Cris, they stood near our family "gossiping" in Spanish while my kids were being cared for. I am extremely disappointed and will be looking for a new dentist. read more

Dr Cobb is very good with children. She listens to parents concerns and talk about it. BUT in the past year and half she hired the wirdist dentists there. They don't spend more than few seconds with my children each time before they run to do something else. Example " chatting " They leave you with the nurses to listen to your concerns and answer your questions. Very disrespectful. I will never take my children there again. My whole family comes here and they have treated us wonderfully. Dr. Andre and his assistant Joseph are a great team. Dr. treats each patient including me with friendliness. He makes you feel like family. Joseph made the best temporary bridge today for me. Brook the office manager made sure that I was treated as a valued customer. Each staff member has been great. Patient & Kind... My 4 year old son was extremely fearful to see the dentist! He wouldn't even get in the chair, but the dental assistant (Rebecca) gradually calmed him down, showed him all the tools she was going to use and was able to clean his teeth. Then she even convinced him to do X-rays! When the dentist came, my son was ready and willing for her to look at his teeth. She was gentle and efficient and we were out of the office in no time. There is something to say about first impressions and this was one of the worst. First no one at the receptionist desk knew about our appointment. Went in for a consultation (no procedure) yes, just a consultation for my children to have braces. Once I spoke up, a rude receptionist named Stacey continued to tell me that she needed a copy of all of our medical and personal information for the consultation (Which I had already provided prior to my appointment). I understand every office has procedures, but the way this woman asked for it, and demanded it was inappropriate. I had the sweetest dental assistant named Blanca who put me at ease immediately with her smile and welcoming demeanor and the dentist was knowledgeable and gentle. We would never return here and if you have paperwork to have filled out by them, I would advise against going here. My wife had some dental work done and the lady in the office, Tisha is her name I believe was useless. The paperwork was turned in and we called daily and left messages for her with no return call. Finally on the last day it could be turned in (9 days later) my wife called and spoke to the receptionist and Tisha over heard the conversation and she informed the receptionist to tell my wife that the paperwork needed to be turned into the oral surgeon, not her office. You could not call and tell us that before the last day it could be turned in? The sad part was the oral surgeons office is less than 50 feet from her office. You could not walk your lazy a** across the courtyard over to the oral surgeon? How lazy can you be? In the end my wife was not paid her for her time off because of Tisha and this was very costly for us. If you enjoy terrible customer service, this is the place to go but I would recommend somewhere that the office people actually care and not just sit and collect a paycheck and hide when you call. read more

Dont recommend this pediatric dental office at all! They have such an unfriendly staff. Children need to be comforted and feel relaxed when they are seated in the dental chair for treatment. My 6 year old son has been here multiple times and has to sit at least 20 min with a dental assistant who barely says a word to him and barely responds to him when he speaks. read more

Dentistry is awful. My daughter's fillings were just done a year ago and already they are breaking down and they said she needs another filling. The office manager Evelyn was extremely rude and told me to go somewhere else because I complained. I asked her to please stop staring at me because she was making me very uncomfortable and she started yelling at me telling me I'm rude and why do I even want to come there. Then she instructed the receptionist not to let me book anymore appointments for my daughter. Wait times are long, staff and management highly unprofessional and downright rude and unethical. They did not even give me my daughter's dental records or X-rays which are required by law. I can not believe they are letting this person Evelyn manage this place. I would just like to start off by saying I have been a patient of Dr. Jensen for many years now. This past weekend I was experiencing terrible pain from my teeth. I held out until Monday when the office opened and called first thing and was told the earliest appointment would be late afternoon, close to closing time. Again I held out until then, arrived promptly at my appointment only to be told, "We can not do anything to help you". After my x-ray Dr. Jensen told me he could do nothing to help me and did not offer to prescribe any antibiotics for the infection which I had in my teeth, nor any type of pain relief. After wasting a whole day for nothing two days later, all in extreme pain, I found a caring and very helpful doctor that was able to help me right away. I am giving 1 star because 0 stars was not available. Coming from New York State I was accustomed to HIGHER standards, of course I didn't know that until todays visit for my 8 year old son. I was shocked if not offended at the "cleaning" done by...I doubt she was a hygienist, it was literally brushed his teeth flossed...that was it. When I inquire whether she was going to use any tools to clean his teeth, I was informed they don't do that, if the Doctor things he needs it then she will do it. In all my years going to the dentist I have never seen anything like it. Not to mention the treatment recommended was ridiculous for an 8 year old. I will not be coming back...ever. I suggest you run, far away from them. I told them I wasn't coming back and even though the girl seemed shocked I doubt this was the first time they have heard those words. Good Luck!!!! read more

Is the worst place for kids dentist. The always, but always running late. If you ask for a estimate, they say 15min and you can wait for 45 min. The personal who take care for the kids, i see there not professional, the dentist, if she show up, she talk to you, but looking somewhere else or say something to the assistance. The dental office itself is good however, for two years now the a/c doesn't work properly. Instead of replacing the unit or getting a bigger one to cover the whole office they let their patients sweat their a**** off. The staff complains about how hot it is as well!!, I say something every time and I'm told every time that the a/c guy was just there. How cheap can you really be to not invest in a a/c ? I just can't take it. Its a legit sauna in that office!! Owners don't care as long as they keep profiting. Oh and they do own the building. Its just sad that they don't care about the comfort of patients or staff !! read more

I had been taking my three daughters here for over 5 years. But I then had the worst encounter with Evelyn (whom I later found out was the GM!), which I don't want any other client/patient to go through. She told me in a very abruptly rude way that there were no drinks allowed in the waiting room that I was in with my 2 daughters, while my third daughter was being worked on. I told her that I was sorry, and that I was unaware of that rule because there were no signs and I had never been told that before. She proceeded to stand in my way of getting to one of my three daughters(so I could bring her with me out of the space that we couldn't have drinks in) She just stood there blocking me, pointing to the other waiting room (where drinks were permitted). I was very patient with her and explained that I needed to get to my daughter to bring her with me. And she still wouldn't move???? A professional and courteous thing to do would have been to offer to maybe take my drink up to reception while I got my kids...So after getting to my daughter, I then go to the reception to fill out a comment card to let the "people in charge" know what just occurred and how unhappy I was about it. While doing so, I asked one of the receptionists who the comment cards went to, and that's when Evelyn came up and snidely said that they come straight to her and don't go any further. That's when I asked if there was an owner that I could have it routed to, so it wouldn't just get stopped at her, but instead go to the owner/s who may want to know how she treated me... That's when she said with major attitude "let me do you a favor, I'll just get your charts and you can leave." I couldn't believe what was happening. This was all taking place at reception with a lot of employees watching who didn't interject what so ever. More than likely because she is the GM and they didn't want to risk their job over me... So as my daughters are finishing their cleanings, I just couldn't stop from crying. I could barely even stop when my daughters came up to me. I was blindsided by what she did, just dumb founded. It was not even a misunderstanding on my part; she must have evidently had a bad day and wanted to take it out on me!! Hopefully the owner/s sees this post, because my sole intention is that they are made aware of this incident that occurred there so that no other client/patient will experience anything close to what I did that day. And I have to say, that before this horrible occurrence, I loved this dental office. But that was more than enough to do it for me! read more
