It still is not fixed and you have to. Run around calling people for the next six months, which is difficult. no one ever knows what is happening. And you can't speak to anyone except a mechanic, and then the person who fixed it and then a manager, it's ridiculous. they also seem to charge three times as much as anyone else, which, for a saltwater self cleaning pole, it's crazy. things are still broken on my pool, and I am still waiting for them to call me.

I was told this was unavoidable since they were the old fashioned kind of tiles and that is why they were discontinued. I knew they were discontinued, however I was not told they would crack again after a few months, or I would not have spent $2,400 on the job. This is a family run business and one brother does not know what the other brother says. It does not matter if it is in writing or not. Right from the beginning, this was a mistake, from the delay in start time to the end product. Rather than use this company, Id watch a YouTube video and do this myself.
