I've been a paying customer for years on a…read moremonthly account, I went into the car wash soon after I entered both of my mirrors folded toward the windows, after exiting the car wash, I got out of my car to inspect my mirrors and one of the glass inserts on my passenger side mirror was gone. I and went up to the person that was running in the car wash. told them what happened. it was a young lady. she stopped the car wash and went and found my glass insert in the car wash all smashed. there was little particles of glass on my window where it hit the window and part of the frame was broken, I told her what happened and she gave me a blue card to call the number or scan the code to file a incident report, I did such and no one has ever gotten back to me. I made several phone calls. I called the owner, not one person has returned my call and it's been probably a month now, I asked her for The broken glass. she said she had to keep it to show the owner, I was finding it very hard to drive without my passenger side view mirror so I went to O'Reilly's and ordered a new one. I got it right away and had it inserted, I filled out another incident report and put a copy of the receipt for the mirror and still no one has gotten back to me, 2 weeks later they took out another payment out of my bank account and still no phone call from them, I canceled my membership with them and I will never ever go back to that car wash again.

A…read morerelative gave me a gift card for Brightshine Auto Spa; and after 1.5 years, I finally called for an appointment. The car that was returned to me looked 'brand new'! Stains on the fabric seats were 'gone'! I don't know what they used, but even a week later, they still feel soft! The carpet, which was full of debris in the smallest crevices, was immaculate! The back, which housed everything including Labradors, was back to its original shape! The center console, gear shift, dashboard, and doors, all an utter mess, were absolutely pristine! Finally, I cannot say enough about Mitchell! He was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. After praising this accomplishment, he mentioned it was a 'team effort' to restore the vehicles! I've already scheduled an exterior cleaning and am looking forward to it! This was an amazing experience, worth every penny!

Emailed this place for a quote, I was emailed back from Shawn. He asked what i wanted, which is a…read morevery specific film in a specific percentage. I asked if his shop had it and could do the Xpel prime XR plus. Shawn said his shop had the film and gave me a quote. The quote given, I agreed with and we set a date to bring my vehicle in. The appointment set was approximately week and a few days later. I made arrangements to bring my car in the day we agreed on. The evening before, I reached out to reconfirm the appointment. Sean quickly responded that appointment is still on. I also double checked and made sure that the specific film will be used. I get a response back from Sean saying that it is another brand and a different quality tier film lower than of what I originally requested. I respond to Shawn that those were not the films I originally requested or not what I wanted to be put on my car. Sean responded and said he did not have the films that I requested a week ago. Also said that he could have the films I requested specifically few days later and need to reschedule the appointment. Sean also asked what percentage I wanted on the car, I sent you an original request and on that request it had exactly what brand and percentage I wanted on my car. I felt that Shawn was not listening to what I was requesting for my car. I respectfully declined to reschedule the appointment for wasting my time. Im sure the team's install work is good but wasting my time is not. This is too bad because I also planned to use these guys to PPF my car and other services. Im glad that I emailed and reached out the night before my appointment to reconfirm everything. If i did not do this, I would of dropped my car off and had the wrong films applied, then I would be more upset. Please pay attention to customers request. I added screen shots proving my original request asking for legal limit tints. Im glad i steered clear of this shady behavior/business.
