Bring it somewhere else obviously and they tell me that no spark plugs were ever changed. They are definitely the originals. What the hell was I charged $1300 for?? Also I was out of a car for a week and a half. I have a job and a life. The woman that works the desk says she is the owner. Learn how to communicate with your customers, be honest with how long it is going to be and maybe try not lying about the work that was done. I'd love to hear from you and get some money back.

The mechanic cannot get…read morethe broken cap off due to the severity of the damage, and is concerned that any attempts that he makes will crack the entire unit. The auto shop that I am using is fantastic and trustworthy, they are estimating that if the entire unit is cracked due to the severity of the hammer and screwdriver banging on it, that it may be a job upwards of $1,000. Valvolene has continued to be extremely difficult and although I was told by an area manager weeks ago, to send the invoice upon completion of work, they latest call from another area manager, Ashley said that everything needs to be approved by Valvolene first. Valvolene, Boston Road, Wilbraham, admittedly broke my Wrangler part. I am not trying to be made better, but "the same" as I was when I took my vehicle in to get a simple oil change.

Well, by 10:30 the very personable receptionist was calling to let us know this was a simple fix, found quickly (though it was causing my father A LOT of grief) and he could come get the Jeep any time. My biggest surprise, the price. Hundreds less than I expected. And because he is recovering from multiple surgeries and being robbed by our lovely healthcare system with out of pocket expense, this was such a relief. A good friend of the family recommended here and I always knew of the place and drove past it a zillion times but never had thought they would service any of my vehicles. As for my experience I guess I am just indifferent. I knew going in it was not going to be a fix in first try and out type of deal. Car has had some issues in the past with the check engine light and all that jazz. First trip was a cool $300 and change for replacing a part and labor. Light came back on within 40 miles and brought it back for another 9.5 hour service. All was well and was told it was driven every where except the highway, needless to say took it on the highway and yup, light came back on. It went back in and we replaced the first part, at no cost, that was aftermarket to a new part and next thing I know my car passed emissions test. Haven't fully took it all in yet, we'll see if the light pops back on or not.
