He was super polite, professional, wore a mask, and seemed like someone who takes great pride in what he does. He said he specializes in major remediation work, like after a water heater bursting. From his demeanor, he's exactly who I would call in a nerve-wracking situation like that. He cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms, 1 hallway, and a walk-in closet for us.
