It is deeply concerning that an organization with such a well regarded reputation continues to demonstrably fail at the fundamental execution of a claim initiated over two years ago. I'm forced to question their operational oversight and accountability. To date, I've had 3 separate inspections by 3 different company representatives. In each instance, all requested documentation that was submitted promptly. However, following brief initial exchanges and assurances of progress, all communication eventually ceased without explanation. Most critically, subsequent inquiries and emails have been left unanswered. It's concerning that the engagement of the third and most recent representative was in response to a formal complaint regarding the unexplained disappearance of the previous two reps. The fact that this pattern of evasion has now been repeated across 3 reps strongly suggests that these failures are not isolated incidents, but rather indicative of a systemic cultural issue. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this roofing company. Before the roofing work began, my air conditioning system was fully functional. After the project was completed, my AC stopped working because the crew drove a nail directly into a pipe during installation, resulting in $1,890 in repair costs. Despite clear evidence that the damage occurred during their work, the company refused to take responsibility and instead pointed to contract language to avoid accountability. Professional workmanship should include reasonable care to avoid damaging a customer's property. In addition to the AC damage, the crew also caused cosmetic damage that was never repaired because they did not have the proper equipment, including a tall enough ladder, to complete the work correctly. I trusted this company and made sure everything was functioning properly before the project started. Unfortunately, I was left with expensive repairs and unresolved damages after the job was completed. I hope the company reconsiders its position and takes responsibility for the damages caused during the project. Homeowners deserve transparency, professionalism, and accountability when hiring contractors. read more

I initially had a good experience when my roof was installed by Perimeter Roofing. The work quality was solid. Recently, I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling and contacted Perimeter Roofing first. Their technician was professional and determined the issue was not the roof itself but an aging dryer duct that needed replacement. The issue was an active leak with rain in the forecast, but Perimeter Roofing could not schedule the repair until late the following week. I contacted two other reputable roofing companies who could both quote and complete the work within a day or two. I moved forward with one of them and notified Perimeter Roofing. Only after I declined did Perimeter Roofing say they could suddenly get someone out sooner. When I still chose to proceed with the other company, I was told my roof warranty would be voided if I used another contractor. That felt like an attempt to strong arm me into staying with them. I went forward with the other company anyway. Without sharing Perimeter's quote, every other estimate I received was at least three hundred dollars less. Based on those quotes, Perimeter Roofing appears to mark up repair work by roughly 20 to 25 percent for existing customers. Because of the strong arm tactics and inflated repair pricing, I will not do business with Perimeter Roofing again. I have shared this experience with neighbors and local HOAs so others can make an informed decision. read more

The roof of my new build townhouse was only 2 years old, but the warranty had already expired and there was water coming through the ceiling on the 2nd floor. I was very distraught. My friend and realtor gave me Andrew's phone number. I called and he came that evening after work with 2 other team members. I was so grateful that they could come and look and give an evaluation of the problem. Not only did they figure out the problem quickly, they repaired it. And they refused to take payment. I truly was in shock at how quick and efficient the team here ripped off the old and replaced with a beautiful new roof on my home. They were like a well oiled machine. I contacted Todd based on recommendations, a rep came and examined my roof which was leaking around a dormer. He returned with a State Farm adjuster who apparently disagreed. Rep said he was working with another adjuster and returned to take more photos and a video. I have reached out to the rep and the owner repeatedly and received no response. I asked if they wouldn't or couldn't repair the roof to just let me know. NO RESPONSE. read more

I just had Perimeter Roofing replace my roof. I cannot say enough about this amazing company and Alec, who was my contact and project manager. He was extremely professional and responses to texts, calls and emails in a very timely matter. This man works long hours and takes his profession very seriously. He even went out of his way to accommodate me when I had to sign paperwork and it was later in the evening. The crew arrived early, worked all day to get it done quickly and cleaned everything up impeccably. The office staff was very pleasant and helpful with questions. Perimeter Roofing hires young guys who go house-to-house hunting for customers. One of them came to our house and showed us why we needed to repair the damage to our roof. They came and repaired the roof. Then this person disappeared despite my multiple texts and phone call. No contact from Perimeter Roofing for two months. Then they tried to call me while I was out of the country. Never bothering to email me. Then they send me a threatening letter stating that we have not paid them. When I contacted them after my return, they said that they automatically send legal letters to customers if they can not contact them. It took them three months to clean around my house in spite of me showing them how I found nails. Extremely bad experience. If you are considering them, THINK AGAIN. I would NOT recommend them to my friends for sure. read more

I was pleased with the speed of the quote and their quick dealings with State Farm regarding my claim. There were a couple of delays getting my roof done however, we had a lot of storms during that time and my roof damage wasn't catastrophic like others in the area so I had to be patient. We chose Perimeter Roofing after doing extensive research and we're sure glad we did. The installation crew was top notch, and Perimeter does not use subcontractors. They bring their own WHEELED dumpster (not the heavy dumpsters that can damage your driveway) and promptly remove it once the job is done (not days later, as other companies do). All around an awful customer service experience. They walked into my business stating we needed a new roof, something we already know and are working out with my property manager. We've told them 4 times we do not have control over when the roof gets fixed and by who so they need to speak with the property manager. They tried to trick us into their business by stating our property manager said we would be the ones hiring them when in fact they never spoke with our property manager. At this point, they have harassed my business to a point of exhaustion. Additionally they announced to my room full of customers that the ceiling had asbestos in it which makes us look bad when we are currently trying to sort out the issue with the property manager. This company is insanely unprofessional. We will not be using them now or in the future. read more

Pretty much the worst customer service around. Agent I spoke with was JL, first she kept trying to push me to have my roof done under warranty even though I told her there was no damage to my roof. That should have been a red flag. Either way I had these guys come out and quote my roof. They had the best price and the guy who came out seemed like he knew what he was doing. I decided to go with them but wanted some time to save up a little more money since I'm paying for the job out of my pocket. A few months later I decided to have the work done. They rework the quote to account for current material cost which I expected. Then a few days pass and the agent calls and said the quote she just provided was wrong and she wanted to have someone come rewrite the estimate, I understand and to be fair it had been a few months, so two weeks go by I don't hear a word from them. I call the office number and explain my situation, the manager apologized and said she would have someone out early the next week. The writer finally comes nearly 10 days later. Seems like a nice guy, I'm still willing to do the job with them at this point. More time passes, no estimate?? I call back to the office and speak with the manager who I ask " hey if you don't want to do the job no problem just let me know and I'll move on" again they apologize and say they will get the third estimate out shortly. Today is two weeks later and still no word from them. At this point I've decided I'm done begging a company to take a cash job?? I'm moving on to a big name reputable company who came out, quoted me and scheduled the job within a week. Is a little more money but worth it to not have to be strung along with perimeter roofing. I'm honestly shocked by how they operate and the lack of communication. I know I left out a lot of the details but I'm sick of typing, bottom line it's terrible to deal with them. Worst experience ever .Had a signed contract for them to do the work. Material was even delivered to my property. i got word from an ex employee that once the job was completed that they would come back with a higher price then what was agreed upon. So i called Raymond little the project manager to see if this was in fact the case. he informed me it wasn't and that we had a contract and it would be done according to the contract . So the day that the roof was suppose to be done i called Mr little again to see if we were on schedule , he then informed me that they wouldn't make enough money off this job and they would be breaching the contract and not doing the job at all .that the material would be picked up and my first check returned .
