He told me what services included in roof inspection and how much will costs me. Price for the services he was providing me was very reasonable. Setup an appointment. Came on time and and took long time to inspect the roof. Show me the report with the pictures and explained me all the pictures in simple language. Mr. Smith fixed some minor problems at no charge. We contacted this company to do a repair on our toilet, hot water heater, and install a ceiling fan and tankless water heater under our kitchen sink. They were usually 2-4 hours late in arrival time. The water heaters were plumbed incorrectly- he used the wrong couplings, tubing and also installed improperly. He turned the pressure up to 160 (60 is the max per professionals). The valve had to be replaced and we paid $1,000 to a master plumber to re - plumb correctly and replace the valve. The ceiling fan was wired backward. They would not return my calls or text when I asked them to come fix it. Very poor quality and customer service. read more

I was blessed, I got a great price, where I could get other projects done. Wes's workers that came out to do the roof were Great workers and my roof look's unbelievable and already my neighbors are complementing the difference. The guys doing the siding, painting and gutters, and yes they have 1 Woman, are AMAZING , HARD WORKING,,EFFIECENT, AND PROFESSIONAL as they come. This is no execration, I truly have been blessed. We had a leak around the chimney and they came and inspected. They did a number of repairs to the roof and recommended we get a mason to repair chimney, which we did. They replaced our chimney cap as well. They caulked around flashing but did not replace. The leak continues and now they will not return our calls. read more

He threatened to burn down my house on a phone call he kept calling until the police made him stop. I have more pictures and more text. I never responded to him but he kept doing it. Wes was very knowledgeable about everything needing to be done to ensure our water leaks stopped in the chimney. We had them completely rebuild the chimney with new plywood, house wrap, siding etc. they got the job done very fast and we didn't even have to bring up that a few boards needed to be caulked again, when Wes and Kevin came for the final inspection they ensured everything was done to the T! My spare bedroom ceiling had a huge leak and with all the Georgia rain it was time for me to get an estimate. After being referred by my coworker about this company's great quality work I contacted Wes Smith. Once I scheduled a time for him to meet at my house to view the leak he was able to come out the next day to complete the repairs. I not only was surprised by the amount he quoted me that I had to ask him twice if what he said was correct. He confirmed and says YES. Wes has worked on both houses we have owned now. He replaced the full gutter system on our old home, and he also helped us repair damage we sustained from Hurricane Irma 1 week (eek!) before our old home closed. We recently called Wes to clean the gutters on our new home as the roof is very high. He came out and completed the job the same day. He went above and beyond by clearing off our deck and sidewalk. HEADS UP! I contacted this owner a few weeks ago regarding roof repair. He was very honest about the scope of his company's work. He is a smaller business so is only considering larger projects. I appreciated this and can understand that some projects are just too small and some are going to be too large for certain businesses. My project was a little over $2000 so apparently he works above this price point. You will notice the one star review and it is consistent with the level of communication I received. Wes was going to send me a write-up based on information I sent him, but there was no follow up. If you have ever read one of my reviews regarding contractors, you already know that I really value communication and the lack of communication prior to the job is an indication of communication during the job. If a contractor feels that he cannot provide an estimate after he agrees to do so, I absolutely expect a text or some type of communication indicating this is the case. It is a simple professional courtesy that costs nothing. If I can't depend on you to handle a smaller job, I definitely can't depend on you to complete a larger more involved one. This company failed from the starting block. I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate on getting my attic insulation replaced. Set aside a two hour block of time for "Michael." Well, Michael never called me and did not show up. I appreciate companies like this who let me know right away that they are not reliable. They installed a new roof, gutters and soffits on a house we flipped, and remedied a bad siding job from another company - which looked AMAZING. They also installed new insulation in the attic. My roof was original to the house 1987 and in bad need of replacement along with gutters & they had done a co-workers roof and gutters a few years back & came highly recommended so I called them. Michael came out to give me quote not realizing I was also in need of siding and new plumbing & fixtures as well as some tree trimming & removal. Michael was able to get all of this done for me and the price for all of it was well under the 1st bid I had received which was only for the roof, gutters, siding & paint (so they gave me a much better bid for even more work to be done). They started on a Monday with lots of crew on site tearing off the roof & replacing it that same day as well as removing most of the old siding that day as well. They completely covered my house with wood (I only had styrofoam under my old siding (crazy) & then wrapped the house before adding the new Hardy siding. I love my new roof, my new gutters, my new siding & paint, new plumbing, new faucets & now that the trees are trimmed &/or removed my house is actually visible from the street which I love now that my house looks brand new. They were able to address & tackle each & every thing my house needed & did it all so quickly & professionally. I mean it was all like 1 stop shopping for everything I needed done...doesn't get any better than that & it was a job well done and all before Thanksgiving 2019! We hired Heavenly Home Pros to repair termite damage on an interior wall, add onto our deck, and install a 220 outlet for a hot tub on the lower deck. We were quoted a week timeframe of the job being completed. The only work that got completed was the interior termite damage and adding onto our deck which ended up taking about a month. The time for that to get completed did not bother us as it was mostly weather and staffing issues that slowed them down. The 220 outlet has still not been installed. Wes kept making excuses and we were very understanding. The project was scheduled to be completed early Dec it is now almost July. I feel we have given Heavenly Homes ample time to correct the issue. They no longer answer my calls and still have my garage door opener from the work that was done earlier. The work that was completed was good however the lack of professionalism and honesty from Wes ensures we will never use them again nor do we recommended his services. One of the excuses for not completing the project was he quoted wrong and could not do it for the price. My husband (an engineer) offered to help lay the conduit and help with any other small electrical tasks to cut costs yet they never came back out. We were promised one week after the next that it would get done. Sadly I still don't have a hot tub because of this issue. Be forewarned do not give them any money until all services are rendered. read more

I had a roof leak due to an improperly installed pipe boot. I called and left a message and within an hour I was called back by Michael. He and Wes were able to get to my house that afternoon and made the repair on the boot and then made the same repair (pre-failure) on six other boots that were also incorrectly nailed through the shingles. The price was spot on with the quotes I received from mega roofing companies but instead of having to wait a week they responded quickly and did a great job. As a do it yourself kind of person I appreciated their time in explaining both what had happened, why it happened, why it shouldn't have happened in the first place if everything was installed properly in the first place, and then of course what they did to make sure the leak would not return. I messaged Heavenly Homes to see if I could have someone come out and identify where water was entering an exterior wall and causing a leak within a downstairs window frame. Wes responded within an hour and offered to stop by the next day to check it out. Wes was very informative and knowledgeable about the best flashing to use and the shortcuts that builders take building today's homes. Wes confirmed that the leak was most likely caused by an almost level brick window sill and a small gap between where the window and brick meets. Although I didn't hire Wes to fix my issue, I appreciated his promptness and willing to tell me exactly what I needed to do to fix it. Finally, a neighbor recommended Heavenly Home Pros to me. I submitted a form on their website and Wes responded via text the same day and scheduled a visit for an estimate.
