To avoid any budget surprises, I would recommend confirming upfront how many technicians will be assigned to the job. Overall, I would work with Jason again and would recommend him to others. Now my clients are backed into a corner to release a contingency without our results back, which puts us all in a very uncomfortable situation. However, this is has been a pretty terrible experience and this is my last resort in my attempts to getting a phone call back.
