I always reference if I would send my mom to a dealership or repair shop as my level of expectations. This time, I actually *did* send my mom here to buy her new car. She walked out incredibly happy, Brian and Charles were amazing. This dealership isn't a churn shop; each car they purchase goes through a full inspection and basic repairs, and they don't sell it if it isn't up to spec. This is better than some brand name dealerships that we went to immediately prior to this. I have a few more used car purchases in the next couple years.
