I had bought a car from Carvana that had some minor scratches that were not disclosed. Carvana recommended that I take it to this location. This Maaco told me that they no longer do any repairs through Carvana and Silver Rock warranty. A complete waste of time. Almost all reviews of this business are barely one star and now I see why. They scheduled an estimate within a couple of days, and then quoted much less than I was expecting for a front bumper that had been ripped off my vehicle. I got a bit suspicious when an autogenerated text said it would be done in a month, but I was almost immediately relieved when I was texted by my estimator, Georgia, who explained the system messaging has an issue, and then she reconfirmed the originally estimated timeframe for repair. They kept me updated on the progress and, sure enough, one week later my car was finished! The facility is nice and clean. I thought the receptionist and Georgia were very professional. While I cannot speak to the repair staff since I really had no interaction with them, my car looks almost just like it had never been damaged, only cleaner! Their tow was prompt even though at the end of the work day. I called the next day explaining that I needed to have some kind of ROUGH estimate on the length of repairs because I was meeting family who were driving in from the western US and we were meeting 4 hours away, and needed to rent a car for a week if repairs would take a long time. They patiently explained the process they needed to go through to trouble shoot the repair process, but expedited the work and allowed me to leave town on time with no disruption of my plans. I had been horribly stressed because I had so many items and people relying on me leaving town and bringing things in my larger vehicle, I cannot tell you how relieved I was that they were able to help me out. Because it was a self-pay repair, I specifically asked about the estimate. I was told it included everything that might be needed for the repair so there would be no surprises and that the final price could even be lower if some items were not necessary. However, when I went to pay the final bill on July 14, it was several hundred dollars higher because I was told additional broken brackets had been found. That contradicted what I had been told when the estimate was prepared. I paid the additional amount anyway so the vehicle owner could pick up the car on time. After the vehicle was picked up, we discovered the trunk liner and rubber trim had not been installed correctly. The shop told us to bring the vehicle back, but I inspected it myself and was able to correct the improperly installed rubber trim in just a few minutes. We also noticed the replacement rear bumper was missing the Lexus emblem that had been on the original bumper. I emailed the employee handling the repair several times and never received a response. When I finally reached a supervisor, Sarah, I was told they would install the missing emblem only if I paid an additional charge. I explained that I had already paid the full amount, including the unexpected additional charges, and that I had been told the estimate covered everything needed to restore the vehicle. I was told it was a "human mistake," but the shop would not correct it without charging me again. Mistakes happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of communication, the lack of accountability, and the expectation that the customer should pay to correct the shop's own oversight. If you choose this shop, inspect your vehicle carefully before accepting it. Check every trim piece, emblem, liner, and detail. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cushman Paint & Body and would choose a different repair shop in the future.

They charged me like $50-100 for air filters that cost like $5-15 at the parts store! My husband ended up calling because they were charging like $200 for labor just to put in 3 air filters that take about 5 mins each. Then they checked brakes (they said this is standard practice) and said they needed to be changed (they confessed to my husband on the phone they have a policy if brakes are at 40% good then they tell people they need to be changed but don't tell the people that but of info). They took hub caps off to look and when they put them back on they didn't line them up correctly on one tire and forced it on causing it to crack. They saw a woman (me) come in and did the quintessential thing and uncharged me for everything because I am not the "car" person. This place is horrible. Go somewhere else and save yourself from getting scammed. Also had an 8am appointment and didn't get my car back until after noon.
