They have done well by me for all of my vehicles, thus far. I intend to use them as my primary maint facility.

I've taken about a year to ponder over leaving a review or not…read more Me as a person: Naive, trusting, mid-20's, knowing nothing about cars. Issue: My 2014 Kia refuses to drive over 45 miles per hour. Jiffy Lube: "We cannot work on a car that has the engine light flashing" I coast down the hill to a place that has "Christian" in the title. Naive, naive, naive. The place is willing to look at my car that day. Wonderful. It's the morning. They'll let me know when they're done. I walk all over Evans since it's a lovely day. They have my car past 5:00. So it's been... 6-7 hours. Luckily I didn't have work. Finally I wait in the building so I don't get locked out past closing time. Eventually, I'm told "You're going to need an entirely new engine. Your car isn't safe to drive." I'm shaken. I had just bought the car less than 3 months ago. I ask if they know any tow truck services they trust so I can take my car home, as I was a pharmacy technician at the time and flat broke. I had spent that March through August walking everywhere I needed, so I just accepted my fate of walking everywhere once more until I could figure out how to save for a multi-thousand dollar fix. The person at the front desk then says "Oh, it's not serious enough that you need a tow." My inner dialogue went "Hm.. but you just said my engine needs to be replaced. My car isn't safe to drive... why WOULDNT I need a tow truck?" So I pay the $91 diagnostic fee on my credit card, a bit dumbfounded that $100, which was the equivalent to working 6 hours overtime at my full time job to afford the service, fixed nothing. My engine is to give out at any second, but I'm okay to drive home? Quite embarrassed, I called my veteran friend who came over that afternoon, ran a test on his diagnostic machine, and asked if I hit a bump recently. I did. He told me I had activated some sort of knock sensor when I did that, which then activated a safety mechanism, which was why my car wouldn't go over 45. He cleared the code on his device, and my car was magically fixed :) A year later, my car is still running great. No further issues. So I recommend avoiding this place. My friend fixed the issue in five minutes for the price of a thank you coffee while this establishment took an entire business day to attempt to scam me into buying a whole new engine without clearing the code to allow me to safely drive home until I could afford their "fix." Anyone who knows the driving culture in Augusta would understand that driving under 45 is dangerous business around all the irritated, impatient car-owners in this city. I don't appreciate anyone who uses scare tactics to uneducated, trusting people. It's embarrassing to be treated as if I'm stupid when in reality, I never had a father to show me how to run simple tests on my car to try and resolve issues myself. Rather shameful to lure people in with Christian decor when taking advantage of people in my opinion, but that's just my thoughts.

Then I have to wait 8 days for the nearest appointment just to get the car diagnosed to see if its eligible for repair under the manufacturers warranty. During this time, you CANNOT get a rental or reimbursement for a rental until the car has been through god knows how many tests and diagnoses even after they tell you that the engine does not work and the piston walls are severely scored. Then, once they do find something, they have to open up a line of communication with Kia corporate or somebody above them, which can take up to 7-10 days. It took the full 10 days for my case. So now it's been over 3 weeks that I haven't had a vehicle which by the way I am still making payments on, and I still have no idea when I will even be able to get a rental let alone get my car repaired. Also, Kia customer service across the board is total garbage. Try calling for yourself, see how long it takes to get connected to customer service, not the sales department lol. The best time I've ever gotten someone to pickup the phone was around 25 minutes which is actually amazing when you compare it to the other 5 or 6 times that I called and it took 1.5 to 2 hours to speak to someone. I'm not the only one, look it up. You can't even find an email for them, probably because they dont want you to have a paper trail. I would give a negative 5 stars if possible for doing the worst job imaginable.

They will sell you on a payment and then add what every they can to the contract without showing you while telling you how great kia is and rob you blind the hold time and then when you catch them they act like it is nothing. went by on 7/8/26 to discuss a charge they put on my contract and I told them I did not want it but I was told told this is owners retirement and he could not removed so I went with it but decided I wanted proof that I got applied to my auto that I paid money for but nobody could prove it was, so that extra add on is nothing but profit that was stole from me and the management told me to leave the building, what great c/s service and the manager Jahmir pointing and shaking his figure at me would not give them one star but the only way I could post it but it is really zero
