They have done well by me for all of my vehicles, thus far. I intend to use them as my primary maint facility.

The team is professional, knowledgeable, and works with a clear sense of urgency that shows they value your time and prioritize getting you back on the road. There were no delays and zero miscommunication. Their system is outstanding, providing real time updates and video links so you can actually see inspections being performed on your vehicle. I never had to call once for a status update. The facility itself is just as impressive, clean, organized, and hazard free inside and out. The pricing was more than fair for the exceptional level of service provided. I dropped my car off right before work, and it was ready before my day ended. That level of efficiency is rare. I felt immediate trust and comfort here, which is not something I say often, especially as a foreign car owner. Highly recommend. Thank you all so much!

At best Christian Brothers is full of novice mechanics at worst they are a shady greedy business. I…read moretook my truck in for routine voluntary service. I follow the OEM service recommendations pretty meticulously. One of the listed services at 100k miles is "drain and refill transfer case fluid". I come in at 92k miles and ask what the Christian Brothers recommend. Of course they recommended over 3000 dollars worth of service. I declined more than 2,000 of it. One of the service's I didn't decline was "Transmission fluid flush". This was a service Christian Brothers recommend. I didn't bring this to them. It was recommended to me. A quick google search, "Should you flush the transmission fluid on a high mileage vehicle", says "If your fluid is old (over 80,000-100,000 miles) and has never been changed: Do not flush it.". 10,000 miles later. My transmission is trash and needs to be replaced. Another shop says it's 2 quarts low and full of metallic shavings. This other shop was immediately concerned when I told them it was flushed 10k miles ago. Says they never perform flushes on fluid this old. I would like to give Christian Brothers the benefit of the doubt and assume they are just unintelligent novice mechanics running a shop that's good for oil changes and that's about it but I can't help but wonder if they just recommend as much service as possible. Either way, avoid this shop at all costs.

Please reconsider buying a Kia. First, the engine on my 2019 Rio with 44k miles that was maintained…read moreperfectly broke down. Then I have to wait 8 days for the nearest appointment just to get the car diagnosed to see if its eligible for repair under the manufacturers warranty. During this time, you CANNOT get a rental or reimbursement for a rental until the car has been through god knows how many tests and diagnoses even after they tell you that the engine does not work and the piston walls are severely scored. Then, once they do find something, they have to open up a line of communication with Kia corporate or somebody above them, which can take up to 7-10 days. It took the full 10 days for my case. So now it's been over 3 weeks that I haven't had a vehicle which by the way I am still making payments on, and I still have no idea when I will even be able to get a rental let alone get my car repaired. Also, Kia customer service across the board is total garbage. Try calling for yourself, see how long it takes to get connected to customer service, not the sales department lol. The best time I've ever gotten someone to pickup the phone was around 25 minutes which is actually amazing when you compare it to the other 5 or 6 times that I called and it took 1.5 to 2 hours to speak to someone. I'm not the only one, look it up. You can't even find an email for them, probably because they dont want you to have a paper trail. I would give a negative 5 stars if possible for doing the worst job imaginable.

Since you ask, I will be happy to discuss my latest appointment at Evans Kia. Let's start with a…read morebrief history before delving into my latest service. I have, and currently own 2 Kia Forte's, both purchased through your dealership. One is the 2018 Forte which was just serviced and a 2014 Kia Forte 5. I religiously take these vehicles in for service to your dealership when required. If you check your records, you can see that was the case. As this pertains to my last experience, I was not happy at all with the quality of service. When setting up the service online I had to do it so far in advance that it defeats the purpose honestly. Even after doing that I would think that I would be reserving a spot but that is never the case. I realize that you are busy, and I can see the line circling out in front of the building for service. I feel as if I am in the same line as people just showing up. Now, Matt (my service rep) was courteous and apologetic the entire time. I dropped off my vehicle for standard maintenance check/oil change and new tire installation. My appointment was at 10:30 AM Tuesday, and I dropped the car off at 10:00 AM and decided to leave and come back to pick it up later that day. Unfortunately, Matt informed me around 3 that they only had 3 tires and it would have to wait until tomorrow. I went along with it with the understanding that I would pick it up the next day. When the next day came I did not hear a thing from anyone. I called at 3 to inquire, and a service tech girl answered and when I told her who I was and why I was calling she transferred me to Cody. I explained again and was told Matt was not there and the car should be ready today as they are working on alignment presently. He said he would call me when finished yet never did. The next day I had my wife drive me up to the dealership at 8:00 AM only to find Matt at his desk and after researching he tells me that they still have to align the vehicle. I questioned that in that Cody told me the day prior that it was on the lift being worked on. This was obviously a lie. As a matter of fact, I stayed for about 3 hours, looked onto the bay area from the waiting area only to see that my car was just getting on the lift for alignment. It was at that point that I made the decision to get my vehicles serviced elsewhere from henceforth. Since purchasing my first vehicle I have noticed a slow degradation in service quality. It used to be common practice to offer free car wash back in 2014 and it was done right. Too often I have waited way past what is expected to get my vehicle back. I walk to past the time waiting so I can get something constructive done. I always get an apology but that only goes so far. The way I see it, it is time to part ways. I have cancelled my latest appointment with my 2014 Forte 5 and will seek service elsewhere.
