MALPRACTICE/ NIGHTMARE/ ruined my teeth/ Left Invisalign button for years…read more.. I really didn't want to have to write this review, but the truth needs to come out. This place does not care about you and they only want your money. I had went here in college for Invisalign and every single time I visited. I had a different so-called specialist assisting with my new trays. Some of them were even the ones who put on the buttons on and towards what was suppose to be the end of my treatment one of the assistance at the time said that she refused to order my Invisalign until I got a bunch of other work done which at the time I absolutely could not afford. I told her as the patient needed new trays and she said she refused to put in order for new trays on my unhealthy teeth. After being traumatized and humiliated I finally worked up the nerve to try out a new dentistry, and I was shocked to find out that I had cement left in my teeth and a bunch of buttons that needed to be removed that I was told could not be removed (two were on my front teeth that left me feeling insecure about my smile for such a long time...) I never finished my treatment plan so a few years later, I decided to try and revisit in hopes that things have changed. I got an awesome cleaning and then Dr. Hapney sat down with me and talked about the Invisalign process, and I wanted to know how much it would be to reinstate the treatment because honestly if I had to pay from the very beginning everything all over again I would 100% go elsewhere, but if there was anyway that she could save my case which she said that she probably could and that she would try... That cleaning cost me almost $250 and because of my insurance it had to go in for reimbursement. I told them that day to specifically send the check to my house and gave them my address. They said they would take care of it and months went by and of course I didn't receive a check so when I called to ask them what was the holdup they said that they had the check in their office and that they went ahead and applied the balance tour to my account, which is the complete opposite of what I wanted. They did offered to send me the check but it has been over a month and a half and guess what I have not seen the check in the mail wish I could say I'm disappointed but honestly, this is the expectation coming from this place... At this point I'm tempted to file a lawsuit. DO NOT GO!

Only to my surprise- once i was called back- I sat in a chair for 45 minutes waiting to get X-rays done. Once I FINALLY got my X-rays done I had to wait an hour!!!! Yes an hour!!! For someone to come look at my teeth to figure out which cleaning they would recommend. Two hours after my appointment- they recommended a cleaning for the next time I come- so I was there in the office for two freaking hours and had to leave without even getting my teeth cleaned!!! 2 hours for less than 5 minutes of X-rays! What the hell?! For my second appointment, I had to bring my child- I though that he could just sit in a stroller in the corner- he had snacks, toys, a show to watch- he would have been fine in the corner- the hygienist walks out and before even saying hello or anything says " you can't bring them in here- he'll have to wait in the hall. A baby?? In the hall?? Umm no thanks. Bye. She was incredibly rude and slammed the door shut. My husbands appointments have been cancelled multiple times and rescheduled for months out. They accused me of skipping out on payment and pushing past the front office when the front office offered to put the $20 payment towards the next visit. And then they billed me for a service they never performed. They are slandering my reputation over a $120 ,service they never performed. I went to Trinity Park because of pain in my tooth. I came in and they had me electronically sign…read morein. I asked what I was signing, they said to be treated. They gave no papers to fill out, no Hippa (illegal not to haave), no medical history, etc. I waited for a 3D xray, the dentist was to read the xray so I would know the next step. I waited over and hour and a half when I was told they would call the results before 5. No one called and then I found out that they closed at 12 on Friday. When calling them on Monday, I found out that there dentist left. I asked to get a copy of the xray and I have not received a response. They use contract endodontists and oral surgeons which come by once a month. When I asked to check the insurance they quoted me $49 for xrays, $100 to make an appointment to the endodontist, and $500 for the procedure, (even though they did not have a diagnosis.) I called my insurance and everything was already covered. My insurance company called then to see what was going on. Needless to say, I went to a real dentist office and got the real answer to my problem at no coast. This place is a mess. I would never go there again.

Having been to dentists for over 50 years the process is rather the same. However, what they do not tell you is what they are doing x-ray wise and you assume it is a covered service until you find out their lack of transparency and communications is some of those fancy x-ray costs you several hundred dollars/not covered by insurance - I was not afforded an opportunity to decline any of it. I believe their lack of transparency is to deceive you and you are forced to pay these significant fees even with insurance. By the time they did their evaluation they "recommended" a particular type of cleaning for $700 beyond insurance. I said no, I just want a basic cleaning which they DENIED me to have. All they could offer was since "we did this evaluation" we are only allowed to perform their recommended service - not a basic cleaning. Why? they don't make much money on a basic cleaning as covered by insurance - not too hard to figure out. Goal is to deceive patients and make money. I'm ok with you making money - but you must be transparent with patients and give them options, not paint them in a financial corner.
