Hubby and I had a relaxing afternoon at Float Valley. We started off with 1 hour of Fire and Ice…read moreTherapy, then finished off with 1 hour of couples float. The Fire and Ice session consisted of rotating through sauna, quick shower, cold plunge, then standing in front of the infrared light. The sauna was big enough for 2 people to lay down, one on each bench. If you ask the staff, they will provide you with some essential oils to put on top of the rocks to elevate the experience. The cold plunge was super cold and I only dipped my body in for a split second. The tank is big enough for 1 person to lay in, like a bath tub. The infrared light was nice as it's supposed to promote muscle relaxation and pain relief. There is also a speaker in the room which you can use to select your own music. This room is completely private and for our use only - bathing suit is optional! The float session was something new to us and I was nervous about being claustrophobic in the tank. Luckily the tank was big enough for the both of us. You can keep the door closed (but I found the humidity buildup too much which made it hard to breathe), so I left a tiny crack open. You can choose to have ambient light (around the perimeter of the pool) or the starry night above or keeping it pitch black. The staff said that an hour of sleep in the tank is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep in your bed!! The facilities were clean and the staff were kind and helpful. You can fill your water bottle up with cold reverse osmosis water or make yourself a cup of hot tea. I just wish that there is something similar in Mississauga, rather than having to drive to Markham for this experience.

The space was really great and clean. The energy enhancement was interesting - it is recommended to meditate or sleep. The girl at the front desk said people bring a book to read too which would've been nice to know ahead of time. This was my first time doing any kind of float therapy - we really enjoyed it as it was super relaxing to just let go. The tank did get hot so we cracked the door open twice to get some air. You're able to control the lights in the tank as well as the music. The fire and ice was great as well. The cold plunge was extremely cold but it was a fun challenge going between the two. The staff there were super kind and friendly. I'm so happy to have gotten to experience this and with my boyfriend made for a great date day!

She didn't know what kind of massage I wanted even though I made the appointment for a lymph massage in advanced 3. She didn't actually do a proper lymph massage (and I know this from getting a lot of them done before at other places) 4. She didn't do a proper massage period because all she did was rub really hard at all the muscle knots 5. The room was really tacky with the cover of a Chinese gossip magazine covering up see through panel at the door 6. She didn't dim the lights so the room was very bright. 7. You can hear constant chatter from outside the room throughout the duration of the massage and these were the other staff that worked there. Need I say more?

I should of gps the location because there are there different Silver Star as the street keeps ending and is continued further down so you have to go back to the main street and turn back inside again. Silly me! The lady who did my facial was extremely nice and knew I was nervous so she walked me through. My mom didn't like being alone so she always came to see me in my room to talk and than went back when her lady told her to. The microdermabrasion felt wierd, like someone was rubbing a rubber band over my face (please keep in mind I'm a wimp) lol. The removal of black heads and white heads didn't work as much as I thought it would. I loved the face mask and face wash they used - they both smelled really good. I have acne and after the facial, I noticed a big difference on my face. My skin definitely looked a lot lighter and brighter. I'm definitely coming back and using the other two facials on my WagJag deal! I think I would come back after this coupon is done and pay full price for it as well!

In fact this was my 3rd time changing my appointment and they were always super helpful and understanding. They use an OPEN system colon cleanse machine called (Angel of water ) which is great for many reasons. 1 . You don't need much supervision with those system so it allows you privacy . 2 . You can stop the flow of water with the on and off switch if you feel like it's getting too intense. 3 . The area of the system is nice and big so it allows for less "accidents" to happen and also helps you to relax. I'll definitely be back to this location. The only part of the experience I found a bit confusing was that the entrance was somewhat hidden inside a health food store. This may be a bit confusing if people aren't aware of the exact location. Didn't deduct any stars for this as it does make the space more discrete. Greta job guys !

Great service, and I love colonics now too! Flow has become an important part of my self care routine. Would highly recommend.

You cannot bring in your own water, but drinking water and towels are available. When you go upstairs, a staff member explains what to do. You change from your shoes into slippers and receive a loose-fitting top and shorts to wear. There are several different sauna rooms to try, with secure cubicles nearby where you can leave your phone before entering each room. The spa has separate men's and women's changing rooms with showers, a hot tub and plenty of useful amenities. You can also purchase facial masks. Beyond the saunas, there are far infrared-light lounge chairs to lie on, massage chairs, a quiet lounge for reading or relaxing, a sleeping room, a gym and computer stations if you need to work. There is also a restaurant if you get hungry, as well as spa treatments available for an additional cost. Many people brought books and spent time relaxing between the different rooms. Very large place, mindfully decorated, with different rooms and plenty of resting space, a gym, several dry saunas, heated pools and jacuzzis, a cold plunge, a restaurant with actually really delicious meal options, and an entire upstairs area for massages... a computer room?? And games you can rent out?? I was thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately for me I wish the guests appreciated the space more... in the areas where they request for guests to be mindful of volume... there were too many loud guests... i wish people were more mindful of shared spaces. I noted that a lot of people were on their phones which sort of defeats the purpose of full relaxation. Now for the add ons where you will have to pay a bit extra... The food is so delicious. I have zero complaints... other than the fruit is a bit too expensive. But they have very sizeable portions for meals! Massage therapy was lovely... it started with a sound bowl for relaxation. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep. I went for the lymphatic massage and then it ended up becoming a deep tissue massage with hot rocks. In the end I think I spent like $325... entry fee and massage alone was $180 together... honestly I'd come again with a group of maybe 4 friends or by myself once in a while (and by a while I mean like maybe once a year)
