Once again, I have encountered this practice's barriers to the patient's access to lab results. and…read morethus a barrier to my healthcare (since I cannot easily share my results with another helthcare provider). I had labs drawn in Sept 2025 and now (12/09/25) I want to print the lab results to send to another provider- ideally I would like to send the results to myself ......without having to print them. The portal version cannot be shared with another provider without reflecting poorly on the practice - since all the pt can see is comments about lab results- but no numbers/results. After tedious investigation, the pt can print one result at a time, if they are lucky enough to find the hidden results. There is no way to download or print results in a professional usual lab results version. This is inexcusable and is another barrier placed on my healthcare by the owner of this practice. Dr Dagli and the nursing staff are outstanding providers. I will continue to see them but will not have any labs or procedures done at this practice since the patient cannot easily access their own health care records/results etc. In 2025, I do not understand why such patriarchal medical policies and processes are in effect- by law, the pt is supposd to have easy access to all medical records including lab and procedure results. Unbelievable, such a sign of disrespect for the patient. Dr Dagli is wonderful and why she tolerates the policies of her practice, baffles me.

Our children have been patients at two of the "top-rated" pediatricians as we've moved over the years--and this is the only practice where you're truly treated as a person, not just a number. If you're looking for speed and convenience, you can always go to an assembly-line pediatrician. But if you want a true care team--literally two doctors who will know your children by name, provide thoughtful and individualized treatment, and actually keep you informed--this is the place for you. When I first called, Anastasia let me know they're a smaller practice. So yes, I may wait on hold for a couple minutes while they're helping another patient--but I'll take that any day over the rushed, impersonal care we've experienced elsewhere. At the other offices, they'd order multiple bacterial infection tests based only on symptoms I described over the phone--without even seeing my children. That's not care--that's just billing insurance as quickly as possible. Sky Valley is the complete opposite. Here, they take the time to listen, assess thoughtfully, and treat your family like their own.

She is the BEST DOCTOR I've ever had and that is saying a lot because I have a couple of chronic conditions and have seen literally more than 200 doctors! She listens patiently, discusses your illness or disease and its likely course, then discusses the options with you. With me, I feel like I go in to see her, tell how I feel and what my symptoms are, she asks a few clarifying questions and exams me, then she tells me what's wrong and discusses with me how to make it feel better and get better. She is willing to change directions when something is not working and she is also willing to "try it your way" when you come in with thoughts and ideas for a treatment plan that you want to try (as long as it it safe), even if it is not the approach that she would normally advise. She will tell you when you need more advanced or specialized care than she can provide in her office and will refer you to an appropriate specialist. She is always open and honest with her patients. Her office staff are all professional, efficient, and kind. I highly recommend her! If she is not available, Dr. Kurtis Elward, another doctor in that same practice, is also very good.

While Dr. Generelly may have his MD, watch out for his "country-style" practice and less-than-qualified sidekick.
