The whole experience was warm and welcoming from start to finish. Their riesling is special and worth a try for certain. They also have a delightful pinot noir made with Hungarian oak that creates a subtle vanilla flavor that is so enjoyable. I chatted with the owner Seth who is passionate about his beans. I enjoyed the taste even without cream. I asked for him to grind the Guatemala coffee that I bought for a friend. He gladly complied. He removed a few bad beans as he poured the bag of beans into the grinder and grabbed another handful of beans to replace the beans he took out. I hope to sample more of his coffee.
