Loveee this spot. Great desserts with good ingredients and lovely owners! The cakes and frosting have no animal products in them and they have different gluten free options as well. I believe the frosting can be made sugar free too. Also they have a freezer with some natural fruit ice pops. I've enjoyed every cake I've tried but I'd highly recommend any cake with fruit in it or in the frosting. You can tell how quality the real fruit they use is! There were three of us so we picked three flavors (blueberry lemon yummm, raspberry lemon which I hadn't seen anywhere else, and banana cake which was so pretty with gold edible glitter on top) and some ginger snaps. Thrilled to see so many vegan options! Actually, almost the entire shop is vegan! We ordered the carrot cake and you have the option to have it iced or plain, we opted for frosted. I would like to be able to provide a legit rating but over the weekend of 5/31/24 and 6/1/24 this establishment was not open during the hours posted. Nothing posted on the storefront indicated that they were going to be closed during normal posted hours either. Kind of weird. I got a dark chocolate goodcake. I didn't realize when I selected it, but it is apparently vegan. It is moist and flavorful. The icing isn't too sweet, and the edible glitter topping adds a nice touch. The cake itself is thick and soft. Overall, it has a rich chocolate flavor. WELL - color me surprised to find out that they have plenty of options of us restricted folk. I'm talking vegan, gluten-free and Keto! That's pretty great, honestly. For Keto choices, they had a chocolate cake, a chocolate PB cake and a lemon blueberry option. I went with the last one (generous single serving $8) and found it to be completely delicious. It's so hard to find good vegan pastries anywhere so when I saw this place had a few vegan options I was skeptical. But I was blown away with this place I love everything about it. The place is small but it has so many options and I love that it has your gluten free, keto, and vegan options available. There is always at least 3 or more choices of cakes available for each taste. They also have have samples available which is awesome because it only makes it harder to choose what to buy later. The owners are super friendly and so helpful and they will remember you after your first visit there. I'm such a fan of this and i am officially addicted. Well this is the place you go to where there are no cobwebs!! We came here just on a fluke ALL of the town was closed like an official ghost town. We happen to be window shopping in this closed town and seen this place open and it's VERY CLEAN. The cake we got was vegan with a frosting that tasted amazing! Unbelievable taste w/o sugar ! The frosting was like no other frosting I have ever tasted. It reminded me of an old fashioned strawberry milkshake that was made with fresh strawberries. It was a very pleasant surprise. These cakes are amazing. If you are in Bisbee, they are a must. You can actually sample before you buy. I actually bought the blue corn and pinon nut without having a sample since they didn't have any. But the other samples I had (chocolate, lemon and rasberry and key lime) were so good I knew that one would be also. And it was!!!!!! Great little shop. Owners give 15% of their profits to local fireman which is excellent. Don't have any photos since they didn't last long. :):):) read more

The blueberry cake is moist and super tasty. Not what I expected in terms of a mini cake vs. a slice but it was super good.
