Luis helped me pick out stones and what tree would work best. D&G is extremely professional and offers all of the extra little technological touches (like email/text appointment reminders, clear quotes provided in a portal, follow up instructions on how to care for your new landscaping, etc.) that make your business transaction very smooth. They replied quickly, showed up early, assessed the issue, and got started right away. The crew explained exactly what they planned to do before starting, finished in about 3 hours, then walked the entire front yard with me and tested every zone. They used taller heads where needed and raised the others so the spray clears the lawn. Work looks clean overall. Would use them again.

Initially Orlando was proactive to get the job, showed up quickly and gave a good assessment. The…read morescope was to install artificial Turf and back yard in- ground lights. Asked for a down payment... And this is where the problem begun. They showed up 2 weeks later, with multiple excuses. Once the job started, it took them over 15 days to finish it. Our backyard is small, so no excuse there. They had to come back several times to fix their faulty practices. 5 days after the Turf installation an area was full of weeds that grew through the turf, because they didn't properly clean the ground before the installation...then came with Weed Killer ( a dangerous chemical we always avoid using) and applied it on the turf. We had to keep our dogs off the backyard for 2 days. Also, while stapling the turf during installation, they perforated the sprinkler pipe ( capped off, but it does have water) , and next morning we had a small geiser. They also clipped with the staples a power cable of the lights they had just installed. Small short circuit messed up the new lights. Total job took over two months, though there are still some things pending since the lights are still not fully working ( some do, some don't)... But Orlando stopped responding calls or texts... So much for the warranty he loudly offered in the beginning.

We had a great experience from start to finish. They created a design that wasn't over the top but…read morewill still fill out beautifully with color over time. It matched exactly what we discussed during our visit at the house and really brought our vision to life (and they were reasonably priced compared to all the other quotes we received). They helped us pick out a great tree for the front yard and did an excellent job with the planting. They also installed a whole new front flower bed (with trees, shrubs, and decorative rock), removed the old vines on the back fence, and handled tree maintenance quickly and efficiently. As a bonus, they were able to offer sprinkler system services and run water from an existing line over to the new tree and get the system back to functioning which should make everything seamless with the constant watering schedule needed on the beginning. The only hiccup was that the pool was left a complete mess after removing the vines next to it the first day. However, we messaged Noe (the lead) and he came out that same night to make it right. We really appreciated how quickly they addressed the issue. The only delay in the entire project was with the faux vines that were supposed to be replacing the live ones -- but that wasn't their fault. The supplier only shipped half the order. They were professional about it and didn't request the remaining payment until the final portion was completed and they came back and completed it when promised. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone needing any type of landscaping done.
