This company damaged my property while trimming my neighbor's tree. When I caught them in the act they acted as if they didn't understand me. They clearly understood because they started using the right method of roping the limb so it couldn't fall on my property, then using a long hook to bring it in and lower it slowly. Finally, I was able to get one of them to talk to me and he didn't seem to care about the damage he caused. All he said was that when they finished they would come clean it up. My banana trees are damaged and they broke my backyard lights that were strug on my fence. When all this was happening I had my pets (chickens and dogs) in my back yard. They could have easily killed one with their carelessness. I do not recommend using them for anything!!!
