I placed an order for 4 blinds in Mar 14,2024. A man, under contract from CC&T, came out to…read moremeasure on Apr 23; he gave me a choice to either place the blinds within window frame or above the window. I chose above the window since he said a wrong installer could jeopardize my hurricane windows. The same man came out abt 10 days later to remeasure. On May 19 I called for status of blinds; the salesman said the blinds just came in. My account was charged the same day, but no blinds were installed. About a week later a man, who was a contracted worker, installed 2 blinds but said the blinds for the garage were the wrong ones and would have to be reordered. He gave me a copy of the correct measurement for the blinds. Later that week a supervisor called and said he was closing out the account. I told him the blinds sent out were wrong size. He was unaware of the error for the blinds. On June 25 I called to have update on status of blinds and was told the blinds were completed and ready to install. Later I learned the blinds were completed but would have to be sent from Utah (I believe state is right). Finally, the 2 blinds were installed on July 12. My account never reflected an adjustment from May to actual installation of blinds (in contract it states 50% up front and the rest to be paid on installation day). The blinds are okay but nothing exceptional. The cost of blinds are expensive for quality. Communications seem to be a problem.

BE VERY CAREFUL when you place an order. They finally agreed to refund half of the money back in June of last year. BUT then I was told that many sheets were not complete when I returned them. That was a LIE I went through the boxes with and employee and all was good. They promised me $835.92 and sent a check for $481.78. The decorator ordered and excess of $1600.00 in tile. The sample piece that they gave to me states on the back of it-MADE IN THE USA. When I called for an explanation, I was told, by a salesperson, that they were adding $250.00 to everyone's order to adjust for tariffs, not just the imported stock. I asked to speak to the manager to confirm. I was told that she was in a meeting and would call back. I never received a call.

Unresponsive staff that change their story on every conversation. Be prepared to not receive any follow-up and constantly be tracking down your associate. Crystal Tree has beautiful inventory. Unfortunately their staff and the atmosphere created for non designers is disturbing.

Bargain Bob's SUCKS! Particularly Pete!…read more We are preparing to sell our home and needed to replace the carpet in two rooms. We went chose a carpet then before we left, we selected something different. Pete came out and measured; the team came out and installed the carpet which we had to prepare for before the installation. When I went to check their work...They installed the wrong carpet. I contacted Pete and shared a picture of the sample he gave me vs what was installed. He called me and told me that the carpet they installed is better than what we chose so he's sure it looks great. I told him it didn't, but it's irrelevant since it's done. Not even an apology. I told him I would like to confirm I paid for the carpet I wanted (which was cheaper) and not the carpet he gave us. He said he'll call me Monday he doesn't have the information. Never got a call Monday. So I followed up and asked for my receipt. Which shows we were charged for the carpet they installed. To which he replied with a whole new story "WE did not have enough of the other carpet. There's only 20 feet on it. I thought we had discussed that because I didn't pick a cookie dough for you". I told him I was highly disappointed with this entire experience. We did not talk about switching the order back, I also requested a call back...which didn't happen. And now there is a fictitious story and all the while not even an apology. I closed with "we will not be using your company for ANYTHING in the future." His response "I'm sorry for the disappointment you were shown some samples sometimes the rolls aren't large enough...I'll make sure when the next experience that I make it up to you...I can't remember the exact line of communication because I deal with a lot of different sales, but I've been doing this for 21 years and usually do the same thing every time if I did and I apologize....That is really nice carpet."
