They sold us a DEFECTIVE marble slab for our kitchen counter as it wasn't SEALED PROPERLY? After barely a week or two, we quickly noticed our brand new marble kitchen counters had a major flaw.. While it may look terrific at 1st glance, we discovered that it is flawed .. Every mark, water stain, fault, OR blemish quickly rares it's ugly head and it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove any marks stains etc .( Instead we will now have to spend an additional $1,000 probably every year or two to RESEAL the entire kitchen counter top !) The Restoration company later told us this marble SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR COUNTERS. It was meant for walls or something that's not used OR exposed very much Our Sales rep Hadi, assured us that as long as it was sealed by Nature of Marble . It would be terrific .We were grossly mislead... It was clearly NOT sealed properly !! After we complained their response was to run away and hide behind the words "AS IS" on our contract .... No recourse what so ever period.. No refunds, credits etc BUT we instead MUST PAY 100% UP FRONT , and TRUST THEM to seal it properly... which clearly they failed miserably to do !!? They did nothing at all to help us I would never go back there and hope anyone reading this has the intelligence to take your business someplace else? Larry

He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

Their showroom has a wide variety of beautiful, quality tile, and I appreciate having that level of choice right here in Palm Beach without having to drive to Miami. For me, Padron has consistently been a reliable and convenient place to find great tile. I have also always had a positive experience with their staff. The Padron family has been friendly and welcoming over the years, even recognizing me and engaging with me after long periods between visits. Sue and Lisette have been there for over 19 years, which says a lot. You do not keep long-term staff like that unless people are being treated well. Beware!!!!-- Completely Unprofessional & Unreliable…read more I hired Palm Beach Countertops thinking I found a great company with competitive pricing. They scheduled me quickly for installation the following week -- and that's where the problems began. On the day of my scheduled install, no one showed up. I called and texted the office multiple times and got no response. Hours later, I finally received a text telling me to "check my email." The email -- sent the night before at almost midnight -- claimed they couldn't come because "some guys had family issues." No phone call, no proper notice, and no courtesy to notify my contractor who was already at my home waiting. They rescheduled for the next day. Again -- no show. No calls, no texts answered, nothing. Then I received photos of a "work truck accident" as an explanation for the delay. After looking into it, the picture they sent me was from February 2024 -- not from that day. They passed off an old photo in an attempt to excuse another no-show. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. They rescheduled yet again for 8:30 AM the following morning. And guess what? No show -- a THIRD TIME. I had already paid 75% upfront, so at this point I honestly thought they were scamming me. They only communicate by text, and every response took forever -- extremely unprofessional for a business handling thousands of dollars in customer projects. After requesting to speak with Amber the manager (who never called me back), a technician suddenly called me (only phone ever received from that company) that he was "on the way." He arrived over two hours late. The countertop itself came out decent, but the chaos surrounding this install cost me $300 in contractor standby fees due to their repeated no-shows and lack of communication. I had additional projects I planned to do with them, but they will never get my business again. Let me start out by thanking Mark and his team at Flooring Friend for doing an amazing job on the…read morethe floors and stairs in my townhouse, now that I've had a few days on them they came out better than expected. If you are looking for quality work, done in a timely manner, at a very fair price then Mark is your guy! His quotes for labor only and labor/materials/moving furniture beat the other 5 companies I brought out and the experience was night and day in comparison to other companies I have dealt with in the past. Mark is easy easy to get on the phone, his team is amazing, and despite me delaying the start by several months they were still ready to going as soon as I pulled the trigger. As with any other project price is always a consideration and without going into specific numbers I can say that by having Flooring Friend handle everything from ordering materials, moving a couple heavier pieces of furniture, and installing my LVP my savings was considerable for the quality of work and product they put in. The 20 mil panels I was considering from Floor and Decor would have cost me just under double what Mark quoted me for the same, if not lower, quality product. The price was not the only factor in my decision to contract his company but now that it is completed I've got a nice chunk of extra change to put towards bringing them back to renovate the first floor. Initially we had expected somewhere in the 3-4 day range for completion of the install but knowing that me and my large dog were staying elsewhere the team put in the extra hours and I was able to get back in the house the evening of the second day. During the actual project I interacted with his team on a few occasion and they were great, making sure to show me their updated progress to make sure that I was satisfied before they moved on to the next area. When we did our final walkthrough they went above and beyond by helping my move a couple pieces of furniture back into place so I didn't have throw them on a dolly and struggle with them myself. All of the cutting and prep was done in my garage and on my driveway so I was expecting to come home with a ton of dust to clean out of my pavers and garage but instead it had all been taken care of before the final walkthrough. Even inside the house I was hard pressed to find anything that wasn't tidy enough to be cleaned with a wipe of a towel or a quick sweep, I even cancelled my maid because there was virtually no dust anywhere in the house. I highly recommend that you call Mark if you are looking to have some work done on your home and don't want to deal with the headaches that come with so many other companies out there. They were such a pleasure to deal with that I already have Mark coming back out to check out the next project in the townhouse! He's a stand up guy, does not skimp when it comes to sending the right team for the job, and makes sure to stop by the site each day to update you on the progress.
