If I can suggest a purchase; get a full beef tenderloin cut into steaks. You will get a very decent amount of high end steak cuts that will be much cheaper then you will get elsewhere. The steaks freeze well and the quality is stellar. FYI their chicken breast is cheaper then any place nearby, even WalMart.

I cannot think of any reason to do that other than increasing the weight. I had to use a paper towel and dry off every piece as I took it out of the package. See the pictures below. You can see the puddle of oil on the meat. You can see the oil stained on the paper towel I pressed out of the piece of jerky . Also check out the before and after pictures of what it looked like after I dried off the right hand piece. Unfortunately, I won't be back. Buyer beware.

However, unless you are visiting or on vacation I doubt you would make it here anytime soon. It gives vacation vibes, a shop that you would step into to grab a cute souvenir or something to take as a gift. Prices, to me they are steep. But if you are willing to pay, go right ahead. They do have some great things, but a lot of it appears to be mass produced, even the prepackaged items that aren't fresh meat or cheese.
