I just got off the phone with her because now I can't get a prescription I need to fill immediately that costs over 1k. She said she was sorry but nothing can be done. When I told her this was unacceptable and she needed to fix it because it was her error, she said it would take too long and if we don't like it we can find another broker and literally hung up the phone on my wife.
