I was distracted by life events and didnt put on my calendar to follow up. The penalty is 1% per month of $32.74 for every month of delay. The next open enrolment will put me 10 months late. Every month, for the rest of my life, I will pay an annual penalty of $47.15 because I left the insurace agent without what I needed. This is the second time Castell has dropped the ball.
