Gave this management company a shot but they really suck. The people are okay but the service is shit. We signed a lease in advance and lease said everything would be BRAND NEW. Original move in date was on the 23rd and they pushed it for the 29th of the month. It was a huge hassle trying to get my money back and after 2 weeks we got our full refund. There was no fridge and no stove in the apartment either. Shitty ass company. Don't trust them. Be safe out there y'all. 0/10. This management group is terrible if they are planning to rent out a home looking like it was left. Obviously they do not care, red flag of you plan to rent from them that they will not take care of any damaged issues. but they have also now ruined the neighborhood by leaving this home looking this way. As a management group there should be more responsibility in cleaning up the property when tenants leave. They must be expecting whomever moves in to pick up all the junk and take over the mess. In August of 2021 I acquired a 2bd 2ba from PAMA Management Company. My mother just passed on January 20, 21' and I had to move back to LA, CA from LV, NV. I had to live homeless at the Motel6 with my family. I asked some "friends" for help with finding me and my son and dog a place to stay. One of the "friends" took me to PAMA Management in SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, the name of the realty company was a sub-renter of PAMA Management, but I cannot remember the name. The lady I saw was Ms. Bowman. She was polite and told me I needed $2600.00 to move in. The first apartment went "fast" a bungalow 2bd 1 ba small yard perfect for $1200 per month. I accepted the lost and she said another apartment was coming up and I did acquire that one on Lincoln across from High School. On October 1, 2021, the day of moving-in, the apartment was unkept. I still accepted the apt because I can clean it up myself and plus, I was living homeless between "friends" and the Motel 6. A lady met me at the property, the manager and gave keys to the apt. I was not allowed to move in until 5pm. According to "friends". I began unloading my items from the car and she and the neighbors in the building watched me. When I brought out my dog a medium sized pit/beagle mix, the manager had a meltdown. and yelled "hey lady you can't have that dog here". I told her the management company knows I have a dog. He is a PSTD dog, and I have a have documents and a permanent CA dog license, tags, etc. She did not care, and said the neighbors were going to complain because they cannot do the same. She kept calling me Gabriela, so I let her know my name is Gabrielle and that pissed her off. Her daughter explained in English since I got smart with her, I cannot have the apt. and it is not ready. The daughter said the mother was trying to communicate with me but once she started yelling and the whole building came outside it was done. I left, completely broken, called my son told him we still had to live outside and did not reach his school until 7pm in LA PALMA, CA. That was not a good night for either one of us. We cried for weeks and grew stronger. My credit score went from 586 to 463. yeah, really stuck outside now. I had to go and pick up his disabled old father from LAS VEGAS who refused to leave us and my son father, and I went to PAMA MANAGEMENT office in Montclair, CA I think. Stayed there from 9am until 2pm making a formal complaint and waiting for a refund. That is when we found out it was all a game, just to take to "non-refundable" security deposit of $1300. There were plenty of bungalow apartments left. The "friend" didn't want us "next " to her and the apartment on Lincoln I may have gotten if the manager did not see the dog, but why should I hide my dog that did not make sense to me. My 2 now no longer "friends" and Ms. Bowman wanted to teach me a lesson of "thinking I was somebody special and I am light skinned", what in the hook-a-ju. I didn't even know Ms. Bowman. I am pretty sure she was not in on the lesson being taught, but maybe the game. During our 7 hour wait at PAMA MANAGEMENT Office we took the dog in the office who sat there the entire time not bothering anyone. not a soul. We had to call the police to get our money back. and PAMA MANAGEMENT Office was not going to give us anything if we did not call the police. I had the nerve to go back to them 1 year later. They toyed with me again, because now I want to rent a house. My credit is acceptable I have the money, but they didn't give me a place this time. They kept me coming back and forth until I gave up. We stayed homeless from that point until my brother died and left me a little something in June 2023. We finally stopped being homeless on September 17, 2023. I do blame PAMA Management for it as well. I know "friends" are not all what they say, but companies, entities, should have some respect and not allow people like that to ruin them, unless they are the same. Rent kept climbing and homelessness almost seemed unbreakable. My brother saved us. I could not believe it. It broke my spirit, something AWFUL. I still can't shake it. Bridge Management are slumlords. Change names to avoid legal actions and accountability. Do not repair their homes only collect rent with an attitude and Deborah is the worst one to deal with there. She acts like her $18 an hour job is to harass and yell at every tenet that walks in there asking for repairs to be made. read more

Water damage was done to my friends apartment; the bedroom got flooded from the laundry room, and 6 days had passed, and they did NOT send carpet cleaners to suck up the excess water. The whole apartment is smelling like mildew and mold. They are a wealth corporation and can afford to fix the issue. They would rather be slumb lords instead. read more

I will not advise anyone to rent from them unless you are comfortable with slumlords. I have food and it's Very hot out here. I have repeatedly ask them to come fix our air conditioner since we moved in they have giving us multiple excuses and fake to fix it. that is just one of the many things I have and issue with. I believe if we all come together we can make a change for us all. read more

Just like everyone else has said this company is horrible. If something is broke or needs repair it will take countless phone calls an maintenance request. I have fixed many things myself to avoid the headache of dealing with these people. There is a African American older lady who works there, here name might be Aubrey but not sure. Anyway she has no people skills. You can't have a adult conversation with her she will cut you off or act like everything you say is the wrong thing to say. Horrible and I mean the worst of the worst. First of all I lived here almost three years and I have had to fix every repair out of my own pocket because they don't send maintenance people or the people they do send don't do anything. I have almost always paid rent on time and some months even early. This month I was five dollars off and I requested to pay the next morning because I had an important family event to go to. Now I don't expect special treatment but I was thinking five dollars couldn't be paid the next day after I have spent hundred s on repairs and Exterminators trying to make my home livable for me and my two young children. This group of scoundrels previously used the names IE Homes, IE Rental Homes, then Pama, and since 2022 they're called Bridge Management. We have rented a house for 7 years. They won't fix anything unless it would cause permanent damage to their property. In other words, they won't send a plumber unless the place is flooding, they won't send a handyman for months, if ever. We went without heat for three winters. They left our neighbor without water for three months. They hiked the rent by $100/mo each year, until last year they hiked it by $400/mo. Now, with no warning, they're building two more houses on the property, destroying what was once my beautiful backyard vegetable and flower garden. Three houses will now share one tiny narrow driveway, there's no good access to the back, nor privacy. and our backyard is gone. We can't afford to move, and couldn't find another landlord anyway, since they own most all the rental property in the entire IE. There is no one to talk to; the office has only clerks who refuse to give out a phone number to anyone with any authority. They don't even have a business card. I advise anyone and everyone to not waste their time and money with these people. I've lived here on mayfield, San Bernardino in a studio. It is infested with roaches and rats. My shower broke 3 days after moving in and it took almost a week for someone/maintenance to fix it after calling everyday for a week. There have been multiple shootings and I've only been here 5 months. The management does nothing to better the environment or the safety of their tenants. I pay 775$ for this, don't be another victim. read more

Recently my whole family has been sick due to the mold.. was just packing my house to move and was moving stuff or my room and noticed my daughters bed growing mold.. will be leaving pictures..
